I changed from being a long time customer of AT&T because of what it was costing me a month. I went into the store about a week before I decided to switch to get information regarding switching to T-Mobile. Kathleen Crocker took her time to explain all the different options I had. When I return a couple of weeks later (which was Sunday 7/24). Kathleen switch over the phones for husband and myself. All well trying to take care of other customers as it was very busy that day. She advised me that she would take my house phone number and call when everything was transferred over. I came back and Kathleen took more time with me to explain how my new Galaxy Watch4. She ended up helping me pick out a plan that would be best for my husband and myself and is now saving me over 100.00 dollars a month on my cellphone bill. Everyone one that walked through the doors Kathleen explained to them how long the wait would be in to come back or they could just wait . Kathleen was extremely professional and helpful even the next day when I went back to get help with finishing up setting up my account. She is very knowledgeable about all their products. She also gave me her business card and told me that I could reach out to her with any other questions that I might have while I get adjusted to my new phone. I would highly recommend going to this store T-Mobile service. as it was a very warm environment. Read moreStaff(a guy, beard, semi heavy set, no one else in the store) was rude and lazy, had a simple issue he refused to resolve. He wouldn't swap a fried gateway device because I didn't have the power cord. Customer support said I didn't need it earlier in the morning, he still refused to swap. I called customer support again...they confirmed that I DIDNT need the cord to get my defective unit swapped. Staff is rude and ignorant of their own policies. Avoid. I went in once and received guidance from both Dan and Billy on which phone to get, how to backup my icloud account, etc. Today, Dan helped me from start to finish and even worked with Verizon techs to help me keep my existing number!
