if i could rate this place less than a 1 i would rate it a -5. i’ve never had such a bad experience anywhere. My friends and i wanted to eat something. there weren’t many places open so we went to panera, we made sure to check what time it closed so it wasn’t an inconvenience for the workers since the 3 of us have worked in a restaurant and know how tiring it can be. As soon as we stepped a foot into the place all the workers started staring us down and then said to each other in portuguese (not knowing we spoke it): “look at the time they’re coming in” keep in mind it was 8:40 and they closed at 9:30. we ordered at the kiosk. my friends and i started to eat and all the workers continued to stare us down. it felt like they just wanted us to leave. we started questioning if it really did close at 9:30 or if the time had changed so my friend went up to one of the workers and politely asked what time they close; explaining that we didn’t want to go in if they were closing, that we understand and that online it said it closed at 9:30. the worker confirmed that they closed at 9:30 and as my friend walked away they started to talk loudly in portuguese to an extent that we could hear exactly what they were saying.they started laughing and talking about us. saying “do they think we’re gonna clean their table ?” “they were born here they think too highly of them selves.” it was very unessecary and disrespectful.my friend then went up to them to ask if there was anything wrong because we seemed to be the center of their conversation. the worker said “just because we speak portuguese doesn’t mean it’s about you”. it was ridiculous. i have never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected in my life. we were polite since the second we walked in and in no way did any of us disrespect any of them. i don’t recommend this place and i think you guys could use a new set of workers because you don’t treat costumers or anyone that way. you get payed to do your job not throw ur anger and problems on top of costumers. please check your workers before hiring them because this was my first and last time...

We just wanted a couple of smoothies so it was easier to try the drive through. This is the second time this has happened to us. Last time we waited 10 minutes, even yelled “hello” into the speaker several times with no answer. This time we also yelled “hello” and even beeped the horn with no answer. I had to go inside last time and explain this and I was told “most of us have headsets on and we didn’t hear anything”. Thats the same answer I received this time when I called. There’s no way that’s possible. You either have a faulty system, the workers are extremely lazy, or you’re simply incompetent. This is the last time we even bother trying with this Panera.
