My phone was not repaired in fact it was given back to me in worse shape than when I brought it. I brought it in for a screen replacement, it was a Galaxy note 20 ultra, I was told my phone should be done by 3pm, no call yet so I called, I was told my phone WAS repaired however failed a one of the 200 tests done when finished, it was something about a temperature sensor in the phone, they told me that it failed therefore they must undo the repair and give my phone back to me the way I had brought it in. So I was upset, however I understood, my wife picked up my phone as I was at work, when she picked me up from work and I opened the box to look at the phone, my back glass was destroyed... It gets worse, I won't go into detail but when I called send spoke with someone at the store and said I wanted my back glass replaced because it was not like that when I brought the phone... This is what she said to me "why do you need a new back glass your phone is been anyway"... My heart literally sunk hearing that, these guys think they are so good at what they do that if they can't fix the phone no one can apparently. So I responded to her "oh.... Alright I'll just throw this $1300 phone of mine away right?".... Oh but it gets worse, when I brought my phone to them, everything worked fine minus the screen, a door knob I was installing for my wife closet had fallen right on the screen one night that's how the phone broke, otherwise I baby the hell out of my phone, so nothing else was damaged at all what so ever... So anyway...I bought my own screen .. For $300 and had it installed at a shop, I sat with the owner/tech while he worked on my phone and watched him he was very careful and professional, after he was done, my screen turned on, and the phone worked.... Or so I thought..I put my sim card in, and my phone would not get signal at all .. It recognized the sim but it seemed the antenna wasn't working or damaged, next I noticed my phone would not vibrate, after that I noticed the bottom speaker wasn't working, and lastly, the microphone would not work, so no one could even hear me if I could even make a phone call.... When I called and spoke with the tech that worked on my phone prior to finding out he broke my back glass, he never told me he did, also he denied breaking it, he also denied damaging my phone, however they gave me a new back glass .... At this point what good is that right?...I thought I just got screwed out of a $1300 phone that I love...I called Samsung, spoke with one of the kindest and most helpful reps I have ever spoken to, his name was Marshall, he himself was upset at what I had been put through with this place, luckily enough i was sent a prepaid shipping label and was told to send Samsung my device and it will be taken care of, also he said he was personally going to get to the bottom of what happened here at ubreakwebreakmore ... You want your phone fixed? Stay far away from this place, I will never step foot near this place again
I wish I never went there, I should have done the repair myself... This place is so awful, I'm 35 years old, 3 kids...a grown man, and I literally cried after what they did to my phone and what they put me through... It hurts...I have 3 kids I work 60+ hours a week to support my family, my wife is a stay at home mom so my income is the only income...I had been saving money since my note 8 to buy the next note, but when the 10 came out I didn't have enough money saved, when the note 20 came out I had enough money to buy the note 10... So I actually borrowed some money from my family to be able to buy my note 20 ultra... And they expected me to just throw it away because they couldn't fix it... But they made it so much worse I could have just bought a screen and it would have been fine, now it's useless... And not to mention the fact that I bought it from eBay, so for some reason it wasn't in Samsung US's system I was almost denied getting it repaired but the rep at Samsung was so amazing they were on the phone with me from 10:30 to 2 am trying to figure it out for...

I just picked up my tablet from this location and I will never go here again for any of my devices. Although it appears my tablet works, and the only reason I gave it a star, the hassle I had to go through and money I spent in order to get it fixed has made the entire experience a terrible one.
I was in the store two Sundays ago and had them order a screen for my tablet. I was quoted $149. I gave them until Thursday and I didn't hear from them, so I contacted them regarding the status. Come to find out they didn't even order my part and oh, it's not $149, it's $350. They ended up ordering it that day and it came in on that Saturday. So I waited an entire week. That should have been a red flag right there. I was told it would be fixed at the end of that day on Saturday. Again, I gave it the whole day as they told me they only needed a couple of hours to fix it and I had dropped it off right after they opened that morning. I called them that afternoon after 4pm because I hadn't heard from the whole day and they proceeded to tell me that the part didn't work and that they were "just about to call me". Ya right. They told me that they would order another screen and that it would be in on Tuesday of this week and they would have my tablet ready later that day. Tuesday came and went. I had not heard from anyone. What a surprise. I gave them the entire day on Wednesday, again, no communication other than a wrong message for an iPhone that wasn't mine. So I called them that night before they were closed to ask about the status of my tablet. No one answered and I had to leave a message. I finally got a call this afternoon stating my tablet was all set. Two days after I was quoted it would be done, with little to no communication. I had to reach out to them. Unacceptable.
They really don't know what they're doing over there in that store. I don't think the manager, Melissa, does a very good job at keeping the customer satisfied or going above and beyond to make a bad situation right. Then she wasn't understanding when I asked about the second screen multiple times and said I was swearing at her. Not even close, although there are many swears in my head regarding that store and the people that work there, no one there heard any.
Unfortunately for me, this store caused me more headaches, severely lacked in customer service, and I will never return. Go somewhere else. For $350, it...

I spoke with someone the day before my appointment. Exchanged emails with pictures. Was told my phone would be replace under warranty as long as the glass was intact. Showed up today. Was informed it is not under warranty. After explaining I had traveled well over an hour to come, they "felt bad" and would only charge me for labor. I then reached out to samsung and was on the phone for about an hour and a half with many holds. I then reached out to the Ubreakifix customer support line, spoke with someone. Forwarded the conversation between me and the employee who said my phone would be under warranty. They were understanding and had my phone fixed free of charge due to this conversation. As if this one employee wasn't enough to make this experience poor. The employees there seemed to take forever with the simplest tasks. I was there for well over 3 hours and saw many other costumer interactions. Some poor women came to pick up her phone after what seemed like the same amount of time I was there. To be told they hadn't done anything because they locked themselves out. If that wasn't frustrating enough, they were in the back for 10 minutes before the employee told the lady this. I also witnessed multiple phone calls be missed. The employees spoke with each other alot in the back, often leaving costumers walking into the store without seeing anyone for minutes.
