The seating is adequate but don’t bring larger groups. Lots of tables crowded together that can seat two or four.
The food is exceptional. Four different meals, all of which were tasty - honestly delicious. However, the service is clearly new, and somewhere between very eager to help and unable to remember orders. The three different servers and the manager asking us how we’re doing far too often to where it was getting uncomfortable. There was some confusion on our drinks and we had to ask a few times to get what we needed. And I understand that you’re a new business and trying to turn tables, but when the manager is rushing you out the door, it’s not a great feeling. I was hungry, so forgot to take a photo of my miso ramen (which was delicious), but my dining partner took a photo of his Tonkotsu ramen, which was also delicious. Everything is so flavorful, and you really feel like you are dining in a ramen...

When I mentioned I have a tree nut allergy, the staff told me they couldn’t serve me due to possible cross-contamination with “curry,” which wasn’t even listed on their menu. There were no tree nuts noted on the menu or allergen warnings, so the refusal felt unnecessary and poorly explained. I’ve eaten at many ramen restaurants and have never been turned away, or spoken to as curtly, as I was here. It’s unacceptable that a restaurant without tree nuts in its ingredients couldn’t accommodate a customer with an allergy in a more understanding or...
