Wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. My husband and I were considering purchasing a Purple mattress, and we were about to buy it online, when we decided to stop by Mattress Firm. Boy, am I glad we did. Brandon was so incredibly knowledgeable and steered us in the right direction. Had we purchased directly from Purple online, we totally would've picked the wrong mattress for us. Had a great experience the sales man (can’t remember his name) was great he showed me a few different types of beds that fit my needs. Once we picked one out he showed me the options to buy I went with/progressive leasing it was very easy to set up.i like how the frame moves the head up not sure if I’ll use it much but if I do it will be there. My only complaint is it’s taking over a week to get delivered. I’m glad mattress firm takes the old one apart saves my back! Let me start by saying that the staff in-store is absolutely amazing. I went there in search for a comfortable mattress to purchase for a hotel i work for. I found just that and much more. Nichole was very helpful and did everything she could to get a mattress for us on time, as we were in a major crunch on time. We needed a mattress for a Saturday afternoon and she was able to have it delivered to us and setup before 11am on Friday morning. If we need another mattress I will be returning to Mattress Firm.
