I have ordered from this Domino's for so long, but I will rethink ordering ever again. The last time I ordered my pizza never showed up. I watched the tracker online and it said it had arrived. I know my community can be confusing sometimes so I waited about 5-10 minutes giving the driver a chance to find his way, but he never showed and never called. I attempted to call the store twice and waited on hold forever, but nobody ever answered so I had to get up and go in the store myself, which defeats the whole purpose of delivery. When I got there nobody had any idea where the driver was or what happened, but they did give me a refund and a free pizza. Two hours after I originally ordered. 😡
UPDATE 5 YEARS LATER: SAME LONG WAIT AND POOR SERVICE. This is the most miserable excuse for a business. I waited over two hours between the time I ordered and the time I received my pizza. Once the first hour passed and I could see in the tracker the pizza had been done for about 40 minutes I called the store. The person on the line sounded annoyed and was not apologetic about the wait and could offer little information about the expected delivery time. He said it would be 10-20 minutes before the driver returned to the store. When the driver did finally deliver the pizza over two hours after I ordered it, he did not get out of his car, I had to come to him. He also mistakenly handed me a box that wasn't mine and then opened it to make sure. This is one of the worst delivery experiences I've ever had. It tops what was previously one of the worst, which also happened at this restaurant. I will never patronize this establishment again in any form. It seems I can't even get a refund through the delivery insurance. If the store can't handle delivery orders in a reasonable amount of time then they should only accept orders for takeout. Read moreWent there yesterday to pick up a pizza my mom ordered for my nephews online. pizza was order 6:07 the tracker said it was ready for pick up 6:17. I get there 6:30 they say the pizza is just being put in the oven. I asked why they said it was ready then and they said the online tracker isn’t accurate. Whats the point of even having it then? I was fine with it then for the most part as I just got out of a customer service job and know how it gets. They were busy and got backed up. I told her I was mad at the system not her. However at 7 after seeing multiple people walk in and pick up their food in and out in 5 minutes I ask for an ETA and she says they just put the 2nd pizza in the oven. That added 15 more minutes the wait. Them being busy and backed up earlier was fine but forgetting the 2nd pizza was on them and they didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. So I was sitting there for 45 minutes waiting for 2 pizzas that were supposed to be ready. I asked them what they were gonna do to make up for the wait and they offered 2 20 oz. sodas like what thats not worth it at all and kids don't need all that sugar. I asked for a free pizza coupon at minimum but of course they say oh we can only do a half off credit on the account for a pizza. Whats crazy is my family has ordered from this Dominos for almost 15 years and never had this kind of an issue. Read moreI went to this pizza place tonight and the manager was behind the counter making the pizza he looked like he was irritated upset. I saw that the open sign was on the window but the door was locked. First I could sense that he ignored me when I was at the door, then he pointed to the window at the sign so I assumed they were closed for pick up/carry out but I can still order delivery. I then attempted to go online to place an order for a pizza and when I finished my order I got confirmation that it was complete but I think the guy cut the system off or something because my pizza never came I have confirmation that I should have gotten a pizza delivered. I have a date and a time and a total which would have been pay upon delivery with cash. This place is terrible and has terrible customer service The manager sucks.
