I had an absolutely terrible experience with Checkers in Greenbelt, MD, and I can't emphasize enough how disappointed I am. I would rate this establishment with just one star, and even that feels generous.
First of all, my order was a complete disaster. Not only were several items missing, but the mistakes were repeated across the board. To start, all the fries were inexplicably missing from my order. I mean, isn't that the most basic part of a fast food meal? Additionally, two Cheese Champ burgers were nowhere to be found. How do you mess up an order that badly?
Moving on, a Big Buford sandwich, which was supposed to have cheese in it, arrived completely devoid of cheese. That's just a complete disregard for the customer's expectations.
But wait, there's more. A milkshake was missing from my order, as well as one of the sundaes which was supposed to be fudge but was delivered as caramel. It's like they went out of their way to get everything wrong.
To top it all off, a snack called a Brookie was also missing. It's almost impressive how many things they managed to mess up in a single order.
When I contacted their customer service to address this mess, they offered little to no help. First, they suggested that I come to the store to resolve the issue, completely disregarding the fact that I didn't have access to a car. Then, they advised me to use DoorDash, passing the responsibility elsewhere.
After escalating the situation to a supervisor, they provided me with a case number and promised that a higher-up would call me within three days. Well, guess what? That call never came. So, my wife reached out to them, and the person on the other end simply stated that the refund would be available in 5 - 7 business days from the date of the complaint.
Today is Friday, September 15th, 2023, and this nightmare began approximately 1 1/2 weeks ago. A total of $66 was wasted on this miserable experience, and there's been no sign of commitment to improving their abysmal customer service.
In conclusion, we will never, under any circumstances, order from or dine at Checkers again. This experience was a complete and utter failure on their part, and it's left us deeply dissatisfied...
Read moreI went here on the 26th of 9 months, 2023 at 7 o'clock in the evening and I came in 14 minutes to get the customer's package. I waited for 15 minutes in this restaurant, which appeared on the shelf at the minute and was ready to open the window only in half a minute. Four staff appeared inside but only one person working Drive The tour is working. The window is reserved for the package. No one comes to the order window and looks. Even though they see us, they don't ask anything. Let's ask why these people came here. We knock on the window. They hear, but they don't hear. We say it loudly so they can hear. Look here. We are eating. If anyone sees a customer outside the window, they run to the kitchen. I mean, they are tired of this job, they should be sent away completely. These people, who are paid with the customer's money, are disrespecting the customer. If I were the boss, I would not stop them there for even a minute. Let the employee come. There is a lady there. I don't know if she is helpful or what. Her eyes can't see, her ears can't hear, she just talks about the employee. If you can't do this package job, please don't keep people waiting and don't take orders. Just work for Driver Tur, all of you, or go and sleep at home. The boss will send you your wages. Since you are useless, go and sleep at home. Why are you keeping people waiting with people's money? I think the employees think that the place where they work...

I was excited to get My Delicious Food From Checkers but the Drive Thru Girl Ruin My experience at this Location Mind You I am D/HOH so i was REALLY offended for My sake thank goodness I had a Friend who was able to get some of our order right but I was too upset to order AGAIN n did not my food how I should have if that employeee would of been courteous enough to properly take my order ans been NICE n not make fun of the situation because as humours as it may have been for her there was NOTHING FUNNY about that! Its discrimination and hurtful especially when I tried more then her to even communicate and Im Deaf!!! So upset as a F/HOH individual that way she acted is extremely offensive and rude and unacceptable to play with someone as talk over them and fast I almost said never coming here again cuz of her. I lost my appetite after that interaction... the food here is AMAZING tho better staff and training will make a HUGE difference!! Mayb ill try again...
