KFC — Restaurant in Berwyn Heights

On April 15, 2020 I was charged twice for my order. The manager Vinette tried to convince that it was my bank that charged me twice. I asked her why would Bank of America charge me overall let alone twice when I DID NOT purchase anything from them? I bought the $20 fill up box from them which brought my total up to $21.20. In total this KfC GREENBELT location charged me $42.40. Vinette even told me it happened to another customer (I think she lied just to get me to leave). We all know it’s a pandemic going on and Vinette told me to come back in a couple of days. With all the madness that’s going on outside why would she even ask me to take another trip to their location NOT KNOWING HOW FAR I AM COMING FROM & COVID-19 is going around. In the 1st place my card should not have been charged twice. So you would think because of the pandemic Vinette would refund me my money right then & there.(I SHOWED HER MY BANK STATEMENT. I RECEIVE ALERTS ON MY ACCOUNT WHENEVER THERE’S A TRANSACTION). Now It’s May 16, 2020 & my money is still not refunded back into my account. That’s theft! Now I’d be petty if I start tweeting & get on the media. When it’s simple as ABC 123.... Refund...

I've been to this location multiple times, and it's always been the standard KFC experience. However, the last time I went, I ordered an item that was $8.29. When I approached the window, through a co-workers told me it was $10.91. However, after speaking to the coworker and then the manager, they give no explanation as to the price discrepancy and simply repeated themselves by saying the price was $10.91 over and over again. They even offered that I buy the cheaper meal if this was too pricey for me. I've been through many circumstances where the prices do differ as much as this, and they have related to ordering premium items or non-updated signs for price changes. I have also been to fast food locations that have overcharged me in the amounts of 1 to $2 extra in hopes that I wouldn't notice and that they could make some registered adjustment before the end of the day and pocket the extra cash. I sincerely hope the latter was not true about this KFC, because I've been here frequently and it's one of the closest around. For the benefit of the doubt, it's two out...

Decided to order KFC today thru GrubHub (03/11/24)

My how things have changed and not for the better!

We ordered the Taste of KFC meal deal which was supposed to include 6 pieces of chicken, 4 sides and 4 biscuits. It sounded good, so we went with it.

What we received... 1 piece of chicken was missing. The 1 of the 4 biscuits were missing. The 4 sides included with the meal were individual size, terrible tasting and the whole kernel corn isn't meant for human consumption. We ordered 4 additional biscuits and the bucket size of lemonade, what we received was warm red Hawaiian Punch and no additional biscuits.

I used to like KFC but after this experience, KFC is now on my list of no go's and never agains. Ya... It...
