I attempted to try on dresses last weekend but left because of the unnecessary comment that was made by the staff. Over the years, Iâve purchased several dresses from this dress shop. However, the employees have become increasingly rude, especially the older gentleman who works there. The dresses are not that great in the first place. The quality of the dresses are mediocre, but the prices are decent and the garments are only for special occasions so thatâs why Iâve shopped there. However, this place has become just another Asian owned business in a predominantly African American and Latino neighborhood that exhibits poor treatment toward their customer community. I would love to see this shop pack up and leave forever and be replaced by owners who value their black and brown shoppers. So glad I left there and found a super cute boutique in another mall and bought a fabulous dress for a wedding Iâm attending. The dress I ended up buying is so pretty, fits well, and the customer service was great! I wish I had the time to stand outside of C Collection and pass out flyers with the names of a ton of other dress shops that buyers can patronize instead of this one in order to drive this place out...

I wanted to try a dress size Small âI donât think that dress is gonna fit youâ(giggles) just because I looked a certain size but I was pretty sure it wouldâve fit me so we decided to go to synchronicity boutique and they treated me like a queen which they have better dresses and theyâre made of designers you can see the difference between a Chinese/whateva poor store and a high...
Read moreI planned on buying a dress from this shop today for my daughter. I have bought several dresses before and liked the store. I was informed by the owner that we would have to pay a $5.00 fee to try on the dress and it would be returned as a store credit if we choose not to buy the dress. This is appalling and insulting to me and my daughter. I never had to pay $5.00 fee in the past. Needless to say, I am NEVER shopping there again. And no I did not pay the $5.00 and my daughter did not try on the dress. We found a better dress at Davidâs Bridal for half the cost and better quality...
