Very fair with my stars in this review. Minus 1 star because the hotdog buns are cold and stale. Please toast the hotdog buns. Nothing is worse than a nice tasty warm hotdog with a cold bun. Minus another star for the inconsistent amount of bacon provided for the bacon hotdogs. The bacon comes in a small ketchup container. Sometimes it is filled to the top. Other times, an inexperienced cashier puts it in the hotdog for me with her bare hands, and there is barely any bacon. This is unsanitary, and also cheating my money. Finally, minus a third star for the slow service. Often times, my hotdog and fries is already prepared and sitting on the counter waiting to be bagged. The cashier is too distracted to see that the food is done, even when he/she is not busy. However, still better than the service at South Philly Cheese Steak and Fries right next door. I do want to say that after having a complication with my order and asking to speak with the mananger I was more than pleased with the customer service I received. I've been in the customer service industry for years and it is more often than not over looked when good service is received or when problems are solved. Everyone always wants to focus on the bad and negative vibes, but to truly be the change you want to see in the world you too have to put forth effort. I look forward to comming back and enjoying another meal, not because it's the best burger I've ever had but because they care about their customers and that's worth every penny. Read moreStopped at Mo Burger today. Got there mid-morning and was told they only had breakfast items yet. Ordered Egg Cheese sandwich. First bite all the yolk ran down my chin because it was not cooked enough. Knowing the workers there would not care about it because their “job" was done when they shoved it at me I decided to follow up with their online survey that supposedly wanted to know how they did. Following their instructions on the receipt I could not go any further because it could not recognize their own restaurant by what was printed on the receipt. Tried second time and was told survey has ended. No direct website, to email them. This company also owns the Villa there, I won't go there again either.
