Smalls Sliders — Restaurant in Biloxi

I gave one star for service because I was unable to give negative stars. I pulled up to the drive through which was not functional, a young woman was taking the order of the customer in front of me, I overheard her treating that customer very disrespectfully, when he finished his order she rolled her eyes and made a smart assed comment, she then looked at me and the line of cars behind me with a very aggravated expression, and as I pulled forward she looked at me and commented “damn, you people wastin’ my time” in a very disrespectful tone, to which I replied “you won’t have to worry about me wasting your time” and sped off. If you are over-burdened by taking the order of a paying customer, I feel it is my responsibility to relieve you of the burden of taking my money. AND! When you are on the company payroll, you have sold your time to the company, and that time is theirs to do with whatever they see fit, if the company asks you to stand at the drive through and take orders, then doing so is NOT a waste of your time. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT SMALL’S, they do not deserve your money, go to a restaurant that understands customer service, and appreciates their customers enough to teach their employees how to treat customers with respect. I don’t expect anyone to kiss my tail, but I’m damn sure not going to be treated...

I came to pick up my personal DoorDash order, but the restaurant gave my order to someone else and then tried to hand me the wrong order. If I hadn’t caught it, two orders would have been completely messed up. When I contacted DoorDash, they said they couldn’t issue a refund, but this issue was caused by the restaurant not properly checking orders before handing them out.

On top of that, I had to interrupt my limited break time as I am active duty military, and I had to spend it trying to resolve a problem that wasn’t my fault. Love sliders, but wasn't as hip on these. Fast and friendly services. Meat patty size was perfect for a slider. They only use American cheese, which is not cheese. Little too greasy and would have preferred mayo, mustard and ketchup, but it was a sauce that didn't add to my experience. FRIES were waffle style and they were delicious. Ranch would have complimented nicely, but they don't do ranch. Everything was cooked perfectly and this is about Slider Preference, so this opinion will probably not matter to many.
