Snacks — Restaurant in Biloxi

Long lines, staff don't get in a hurry, or at least not today. It also appears they are understaffed. Maybe they should reconsider having hot items that take preparation and just serve the other items that are already made. It appears the time it takes to prep the hot food is the problem. The person that rings you up leaves the line to fix your order then gives it to you and starts all over with the next customer.

What's crazy is they will serve you a hot item but you cannot get a tuna or chicken salad sandwich late at night. I do not understand the logistics of this place. I literally had an employee try to throw my player's card away tonight. There is no rhyme or reason to anything that goes on here. Just read the other reviews ...and I normally review positive experiences. They need help.

The food is pretty blah, not anything to brag about and service is even worse. I ordered a BLT, a Reuben and a cheesecake (don’t bother with cheesecake it’s tasteless). She repeated the order to me, I gave her my card not paying attention to what she charged. Waited for my order. As I’m watching the woman making sandwiches I see she has gloves on but is touching her face with the gloves…GROSS! My order comes, only a BLT. I asked about the Reuben and am told I didn’t order it. I specifically ordered it and it was repeated to me. I look at the receipt and I was not charged for it but I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the girl handing out orders, no customer service skills at all. We get to the room, I bite into my sandwich, I feel something odd in my mouth and pull out a knot of black hair, definitely not mine. Sandwich goes in trash. Absolutely unacceptable on every issue and definitely not...

Total ripoff. They claim they moved some of the Terrace Cafe menu here but they are intentionally lieing to customers to steal from them during the reconstruction up front. BR Burger which I had at Terrace Cafe multiple times is NOT the same at Snacks place. THEY CHARGE $16 FOR A BASIC CHEESEBURHER ONLY WITH NO FRIES NOR CHIPS. No onions & no pickles...judt an undercooked burger with cheese and shredded lettuce $16 ???? Are they out of their mind pulling a dishonest stunt like that?? That's not what they served at Terrace Cafe so they are doing a bait & switch on customers intentionally. $16 ??? That's absolutely crazy. The Manager shrugged her shoulder and said sorry when I told her this was wrong. Well saying sorry as you steal from people doesn't make it right. These are sick...
