It took 10 minutes in the drive through to pay for two large chilis. The girl was running in and out of the drive through with my card. Not her fault though cause she was having to squeeze by the other worker who was on his phone in the drive through talking about partying and the party he was going to. I could here every word. When she finally gave my card to me I had to ask her for my receipt. It was for $29 for two Chilis. I told her there was a mistake and asked her if she charged it right , she said it was right and gave me a different receipt. The manager came back to help her with her computer problems but wasn’t much help cause she still got it wrong and didn’t say one word to the worker that was Impeding the work flow with his unprofessional behavior. I called the manager as I left the drive through and he said nothing except , the worker was on his break and he would take care of it. Of course he could have when he witnessed his behavior 3 times during the transaction but didn’t say anything. Anyway, I got home and checked my account and was charged $5.97,$5.97 and $9.45. Called back and was told to come back in the morning to get the refund. Went back the next day, spoke to a new manager, was told only the general manager could help and would be there Monday. The next day. A wasted trip. I work nights, got off work spoke to Kim Pickett who was not at all apologetic about the ordeal I went through. I explained that I worked all night and would like to settle this so I could go to bed. She told me I’d have to wait till she finished inventory. Called me back 40 mins. Later to say they owed me money and I could come and get it. Told her I was already in bed and I guess my husband could be late for work and come and get the money. No apology! No I’m sorry for your inconvenience! When my husband picked up the money, Kim Picket, was rude and offered no apology what so ever. My last...
Read moreI was so upset. We could not hear the lady on the intercome that well. I went there to have a good meal after getting off of work. I don't carry money. All I had was my card. I don't know why the place only said cash. Buy didn't hear the intercom. We order our food. I couldn't believe the manager their she couldn't keep her coworker in line. It seemed like she didn't know how to run the store. She was laughing while the coworker was arguing with us. She couldn't control the lady. I will never go back to this Wendy's again. We didn't have enough money, so I had to put back the hamburger I got. So we could afford the rest bc we only carry cards. But not everyone carries cash. But fix your intercom so the girl can hear and the people on the other side can here. But we couldn't talk to the manager about the problem she was just there on the side laughing, and the girl just wanted to argue with the customer. She wouldn't shut up. She was so rude. I can't believe they let someone run the store with a manger who can't talk to us and a girl who wants to argue with customers. But for people who work at night and just get off of work doesn't always carry money on them. Be nice to the customers and don't argue with them. The manager needs to know when yo talk to the customers and run the restaurant and do a good job. If your coworker wants to argue, she should not be there, and neither should a manager know if she can't run the restaurant or to control...
Read moreWe went inside at about 8 p.m. on a Saturday night. Two employees were eating in the dining room, one family was in line in front of us and one register was open. When it was our turn to place our order, we did so and sat down to wait. The 2 employees on break (through with shift? don't know)kept walking in and out of the restaurant with another friend. We waited 5 minutes for our food. When my husband picked it up at the front, he didn't know which salad dressing I wanted so I went back up. There was none of the type I wanted in the front - all the employees, drive-thru, manager, - just stupid there discussing that it was "in the back". About 2 minutes of this. The counter worker started taking another order while the manager went to get more dressing. When she appeared with a was of dressings, she simply plopped it down on the shelf behind the register without looking at me - nobody was there but me and the new order. I had to wait for the counter worker to finish taking the order and then ask her again for the dressing, sitting on the shelf right behind her. 5 more minutes to get the dressing. My husband's bun on his burger was cold. The off duty (?) employee and his "friend " made things uncomfortable. Not up to Wendy's...
