I can't say enough good things about my experiences at Starbucks. From the moment I walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and full of energy. The store is always spotless—even during the morning rush—and the layout makes it easy to navigate without feeling crowded.
The team at this location truly understands what great service looks like. I'm always greeted with a warm smile and genuine eye contact, and the baristas take the time to make a personal connection, even during busy hours. Whether it's remembering my name or asking how my day is going, the little moments of kindness never go unnoticed.
The drinks are consistently crafted to perfection. My usual order—a medium Pike—is always made exactly how I like it, and when I’ve tried seasonal items or new featured drinks, the baristas take the time to recommend great options and make sure I’m satisfied. They’re efficient without making you feel rushed, and I’ve rarely waited more than a few minutes, even when the line is long.
The environment is ideal for everything—from grabbing a quick coffee to working for a few hours. Comfortable seating, music at just the right volume, and a pleasant aroma of fresh coffee make it a great place to be. It’s clear that the partners here take pride in their work and care about the customer experience.
Starbucks continues to raise the bar on consistency, quality, and human connection. I’ll absolutely keep coming back—and recommending it to...
Read moreI ordered ahead using the mobile app. Unfortunately, my order was very messed up. First, the barista had to ask me about my third item - a Chicken Caprese Sandwich - because the prep ticket didn't print up. So, even though I ordered 15 minutes before I arrived, and the app said my order was ready, I had to wait an extra five or so minutes for the sandwich to be heated up. (I know, first world problems! LOL!) While I was waiting for that, I sipped my customized Peppermint Hot Chocolate. I do not drink coffee because of my religion, but that hot chocolate tasted what I guess coffee would taste like. I pointed this out to the barista and she took it back and checked with the person who prepared it. Sure enough, the second cup was definitely hot chocolate and tasted nothing like the first cup. Now, with these two mess ups I would have given them fewer stars, but I am impressed when restaurants are very gracious in accepting negative feedback instead of arguing with the customer. The only thing that would have been better (and earned five stars) would have been some kind of discount for a future order - not to be entitled and not to be expecting something huge, but just a little something to show an acknowledgement that this experience was less than the best and to try and make up for it somehow - or at least the extra 10 minutes or so I sat waiting and the other cars behind me...
Read moreI want to give this Starbucks a good rating, I do. But I just can’t. This is my go to spot and I’ve never seen a worse managed location. There is no consistency or reliability. They will decide on a whim to close their doors - which I have seen mobile order drinks get closed inside with people trying to go up to the doors and get them. You can’t plan a trip there because the drive through is a mess, often blocking the other businesses in the building and they decide not to allow for mobile ordering (or. The opposite problem, no one is in the drive through and they won’t open up mobile ordering). My drinks are wrong - often - and it’ll be something like I ordered iced and got hot or they didn’t add the flavoring etc. I have also been jipped a whole drink and had to park and go inside for it (the drive through had filled up to the street, so I cannot imagine what would have happened had they decided to lock their doors then). And that is both going through the drive though and through mobile order. I have been inside to pick up an order and witnessed an employee loudly bully another (who was clearly new) with a manager right there which was so uncomfortable. I will keep going because it’s closest to my home, but I just will keep hoping that they will...
