Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Black Mountain

They honestly do the best with what they have. They don’t have many staff members there because it’s a small town pizza hut. Compared to other pizza places I have been to, I don’t expect my food to be out in the given time. Especially at a busy time of night. I feel like most people lack the understanding that there is 3-4 staff members working. It may not be as fast as you want it. But it’s still gonna be good food, and if it’s not i’ve never had a problem asking them to remake or cancel the order. They are usually friendly people, you can tell sometimes they’re stressed but they aren’t rude for no reason.They are understanding if something was messed up with your food. However I will say, if you’re going to leave a bad review over wait times try to think about their situation a little more. One cook, sometimes two making pizzas for all of black mountain, swannanoa, part of ridge crest, and eat ins.The front staff member is cutting the pizzas aswell as serving dine ins, cashing people out up front, at the pick up window, and taking orders. They are very busy especially at night, with not many working. Full staff days go smoothly most of the time.Think mindfully about how many were there. Your complaints are when they don’t have a full staff.On low staff days there’s prone to be more issues. And sadly they are usually low staff. It’s not their fault they are only one person and can’t take on 3 other jobs. They do their best with what they have. It’s a pizza place not a fast food place. They don’t have pizzas prepped they put them in an electric oven. Which takes more time than a wood burning oven. Please carry out life with patience and...

My significant other and I decided pizza for dinner and came to this location. Seemed like a nice location at first until we asked our server for napkins and she told us that they were on the buffet. She didn't refill our drinks, spent most of her time gossiping with her manager , on her phone at a table and also leaning over the register. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!!

I asked for fresh cucumbers and the manager decieded to tell me there were some in the bottom of the container! I wanted to tell her about food saftey and rotation since she acted like I had no clue (I'm a chef). There was a nice complaint from her.

We soon got our pizza and wings. Wings were good, but pizza was half cooked. It's not even closing time and we just got our food and the server asked if we wanted boxes!!!!?? I honestly wanted to ask for it to be heated more, but I didn't want to risk someone spitting in my food because I asked them to fix it.

Also my I add that when a guest came in to place an order that the server was sitting at a table and then jumped up. The guy was a bout to leave.. WORST FOOD SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!!!...

VERY UNPLEASANT/RUDE WAIT-STAFF! They don't seem to be having a good day,very unhappy person serving us,condescending and borders on uber-rude and extremely impatient with our attempt(s)to place an order, bordered on being argumentative(COMBATIVE IS MORE ACCURATE)!
