The dining room needs to be cleaned. I found it to be very dirty. The walls have food splatter stuck on them. I was grossed out just by sitting at our table, everthing is so sticky, floors, chairs, and tables. I am not sure what they are using to clean with, but it's not right. I do understand that staffing is a problem, but the employees NEED to be trained. I was in almost disbelief what I encountered with the front of house staff. Customers yelling at the front door to get someone to help them. It was quite obvious they totally ignore the front door. My server was just very untrained. He made us feel very uncomfortable as he just stood there staring at us. The food was excellent, but the server never brought out my salad. When presented with the check, we noticed we were charged for the salad. I asked my server to please take it off. He really tried hard to get us to take it to go. When we said no thank you again, he just stood and stared at us, again very uncomfortable. He was polite but just made everything weird. Read moreLet me start off by saying that the food and our waitress were both great. My issue is with two of the other employees at this location. My 1 year old was very cranky so I took him outside as to not bother the rest of the diners. I walked back inside because our food was coming out and a waitress literally stopped talking to her guests, stepped in front of me to not let me move and rudely asked where I was going.
Midway through our meal our baby was still upset so I took him to the front “lobby” to try to calm him down. It was too hot to walk around outside, so I chose to stay inside. It was not busy and I was not blocking anyone’s way of entering. An employee comes out from the kitchen and in a very rude tone says “so, are you trying to order something?” I then explained that I was just trying to get my baby to take a nap. He left and another employee walked by and kindly asked if I had been helped. Thank God for him and our waitress.

Read moreEverything went wrong yesterday, most of it being because my server couldn't do a dang thing without a manager password. I've never experienced anything like this, first we get seated at a really dirty table. We asked to move and got switched. We order took maybe 20-30 minutes which I was cool with, soup comes out literally liquid. We send it back they informed me it would take 30 minutes to make new soup so I get the bill instead. I tried to get the soup off my bill which I was informed they couldn't do so. That's fine too, it took like 15 minutes to check me out as well. Seems poorly organized! It's not on the server management please do better it was a slow day and there's no reason I should've been there an hour and a half. If you switched systems you need to figure the new one out. I don't even want to return and I usually eat here because my childhood best friend will fix any mistakes they make but they weren't there.
