I just had the BEST experience at Tropical Smoothie Café, all thanks to Raven! She was so incredibly patient while I asked a million questions about what goes into the smoothies—I’m really mindful of calories, but still want something that tastes good, and she completely got that. Not only did she help me figure out the perfect blend, but she also had such great suggestions that I hadn’t even thought of.
What really stood out was how she insisted I taste the smoothie before I left, just to make sure I loved it. Who does that anymore?! Her customer service was top-tier—something I honestly haven’t experienced in a long time.

We ordered the watermelon mojito smoothie and mango berry cosmo which both came with edible straws. I got my smoothie and my straw was broken, easy fix. My friend received her smoothie apprx 7 minutes later. They finished two other orders before hers. She didn’t get her straw and when mentioned, the girl working the smoothies said it doesn’t come with an edible straw, which my friend responded that both drinks should have gotten a straw. We ordered in person and got 2 flatbreads and smoothies. People who ordered meals and smoothies after us got theirs, ate AND left before we even got ours. We waited 40 minutes everytime we tried to say something the staff member would just walk away. It's clear this location has no organization and the staff lack the proper training.
