I had a horrible experience here. I was visiting with my family and we were excited to grab some sushi for dinner. No one was in the establishment and I thought I would be helpful and just use a kiosk. The cashier was sitting there as I ordered, I asked her a few questions about the rolls and completed my order. After I ordered my 4 rolls and paid, I asked about a sign that I had observed that said, 4 rolls for x price, much less than I had spent. The kiosk was incredibly misleading, and when I asked about a price adjustment, she was incredibly rude and refused. I then encouraged her, moving forward to provide feedback regarding the kiosk, in order to not upset other customers in the future. I expressed to her, that she was aware that I ordered rolls, as no one else was in the restaurant and myself and my family were audibly making our selections. Additionally the kiosk itself was unclear about the posted permanent promotion. It wasn't about the few dollars, it was the fact that she was incredibly rude, defensive, dismissive and avoidant. At one point, she walked away in the middle of my conversation with her. She not only refused to adjust the price, but she didn't offer any sort of compassion or communication other than, "No", with no reason or assistance. I was calm and collected as I provided feedback and concern, as my young children were with me. I have called over the past month multiple times to discuss this with a manager and encourage further training and notify them of poor customer service, and no one has picked up any of the times, and the mailbox is full consistently so I am unable to leave a voicemail. The food was mediocre at best, the wait was excessive and the service was laughable.
Reply to Mr. Tokyo: I am happy to provide my receipt. I am looking at it right now, and yes I have the correct place. I was there May 3, 2025. My order...
Read moreBeen here 3 times, service has always been just ok, but the food was good and the only reason why my family and I keep coming back. However this last time we came in, there was NO one at the counter to take our order, NO one to greet us when we entered, NO one even paying attention to the door. There was a gentleman in the back area prepping. He went to go find someone to help us, after about 5 min a guy came from a back room pointing to the kiosk directing us to order and pay there. I asked if he could take the order to make things easier, he said no and was a bit rude... I get this day and age where convenience matters. I still would like to think customer service still matters and should take precedence. I’d like to add, if the customer is going to order at the kiosk, there is no reason at the very end of checking out there should be a question about asking for a tip. That’s just adds to the irritation. We should have walked out and never ordered, but we drove 20 min and we out of our way to come here. I enjoy poke bowls, but will have to find another establishment to invest our money in. I initially did this review on Yelp and was still waiting on our order… when we got home the order was WRONG and the poke bowls my daughter and I had were NOT the way we had gotten them before. They were missing quite a few ingredients and the proteins we chose were not correct. With the horrible customer service, didn’t even bother to call or complain. WE WILL be looking for a new place for poke bowls and will not be giving this place any more $$$. Very...
Read moreIf you're planning to eat here, DO NOT order online—it will save you a lot of frustration. My experience was incredibly disappointing. The host seemed completely lost, clearly confused about the orders, and couldn't provide any clear answers. Every time I asked about the status, he assured me the order would be ready in "five minutes," yet nothing was being prepared.
After checking in multiple times (at least 3 or 4), I discovered that my order had never even started. To make matters worse, the host randomly canceled my order without my approval. After waiting for 40 minutes past the expected pick-up time, someone finally started preparing the dish.
The worst part? The restaurant offers no compensation for their mistake. All they could muster was a simple "sorry." Save yourself the hassle and avoid ordering online from this place. Uber Eats kindly refunded the order after explaining the...
