Once again, I would usually not give a review for a fast food restaurant but considering the employment issues all the restaurants are having, when you have a good experience, you should tell others! And I'm sorry but right now I am more inclined to post my good experiences instead of talking about my bad experiences. People need to hear positive things right now. Not trash talking and putting down of other businesses and people. So I will tell you the good things that happen to me and this trip to Arby's was one of them! Of course Arby's is one of those restaurants that's known to be slow no matter where you go. I think people need to realize this as I can see sometimes on social media outlets were someone is upset because it took 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru at 5:00 in the afternoon on a Friday LOL AKA the busiest time. When we pulled up I think there was three cars in front of us but it did not take long for us to get to the menu sign. We were greeted very nicely, which stands out these days, and I asked them to please hold while we look as we didn't know what we wanted yet. Instead of making us feel like we had committed a sin because we were going to destroy their drive through time, we were greeted with... "that's fine, take your time, I'm here and will take your order when you're ready." We ordered, substituted a thing for a thing and that was not a problem with them. We then pulled around and paid. We were handed our food and a matter of minutes and actually talked to like we were actually there in front of them with eye contact and politeness. Again may think this is crazy because I'm pulling these details out but I believe the people that are there working trying to hold the ship together or the ones that care and that's what we're seeing. Not the ones sitting at home collecting unemployment with a couple of stimulus checks in their account. Hey maybe this is stimulating and weeding out the employees that give a dang vs the ones that don't. I pulled up and we did the checking of the bag which I do 100% of the time because it only takes a few seconds instead of getting home and getting upset when you could just run in and get the order fixed before leaving. They are human they make mistakes but they did in this time and honestly I've ate at our Arby's in Blue Ridge probably four times in the last month and a half and every time it's been correct. And we have made changes to the order kind of customizing it and they did it every time. This was during lunch hour 11:00 to 12:00 by the way. I have nothing negative to say and nothing but positive things to talk...

I currently have bloody black diarrhea sadly. I feel like the food from this Arbyâs located at 15 progress circle blue ridge ga gave my a bacterial infection in both me and my fiancĂ©âs stomachs. I missed work because I got food poisoning we both did. I added every detail I could about my experience be my fiancĂ© posted a review on here and they gave him a call, he spoke to (Randy) we called him back to tell him our symptoms have worsen for and example Iâm bleeding in my stool but we had to leave a voicemail because he forwarded our call. I have a feeling they donât care unless your going to seek treatment and report to the FDA. I will be doing so today. I am also putting this review on here to help people be careful and not experience the pain I am going through right now ibuprofen and pepto is not working, Iâm in a lot of pain, and I am missing work and canât even buy groceries how can these people give their customers poison, isnât their customers the main factor in profits or did they...
Read moreWow worst food and service! Sarah D. Was so rude she should not be in customer service! Pulled up in drive thru at 6 pm and the screaming voice (headset turned up way to loud) asked what we wanted. I asked her if she could turn the menu light on so we could read it. She did. Half way thru order she said her computer shut off and to start over. I asked her about the arbynator because I had never seen it before. She acted like I was an idiot! She screamed they were out of diet and Pepsi so we didn't get the meals. We ordered 2 large potato cakes that were cold, old and greasy. I ordered onion rings and only got 4, literally 4. My turkey club had a soggy bottom bun. Why? My husband said his double arbynator was the worst sandwich he had ever got, (the dog got most of it) he said it was so over whelmed with horseradish sauce that he couldn't eat it. Sarah shoved a bag at me thru the window and while checking it shoved another bag in my hands. When I handed back a large something I said what are these? She said poppers just like you ordered. I said I didn't order any she grabbed my receipt out of my hand to prove to me what an idiot I was when she said, oh, wrong order. I should have parked and went in and asked for a manager! You know where you get consistent great food and great service? Chik- Fil-a. Unfortunately not one...
