⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Service at Cane’s – Carson Made the Difference!
I stopped by this location recently and just had to leave a review after my experience. From the moment I walked in, the place was clean, the energy was upbeat, and the staff seemed on point—but Carson stood out the most.
He was working the counter and immediately greeted me with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism. You can tell he takes pride in what he does—not just by the way he talks to customers, but by how focused and efficient he is while still keeping a friendly vibe. He made sure my order was taken correctly, double-checked everything without me even asking, and had the food out fast and fresh.
It’s rare these days to see someone in fast food not just going through the motions, but actually caring about the customer experience. Carson’s attitude, attention to detail, and overall work ethic were top-tier. He treated everyone in line with patience and respect, kept things moving, and clearly set the tone for a positive environment.
If Cane’s has more employees like Carson, I’ll be coming back a lot more often. Give that...
Read moreA month or so ago, we were shorted my husbands meal from our order. I called the store and was told a gift card for a free meal would be mailed to us. That gift card never arrived however our children wanted Raising Canes tonight so we tried it again. First we ordered 4 kids meals, they indicated they ran out of the kids meals bags so one child had the normal kids meal and the other 3 did not. (This was not a big deal) As we were leaving we realized they didn’t give us any of our drinks. Luckily we hadn’t moved far and we were able to get them (6 drinks total) Fast forward to we get home and sit down to dinner. The only child that received the kids toy is the one that got the bag. They shorted us the other 3. Some children were given a full serving of fries, others hardly any. All of the chicken fingers were teeny tiny. The fries were almost not edible- very cold, extra crunchy on the outside but tough to chew on the inside. It’s sad as we have always loved Raising Canes. I’m not sure what has changed at the Blue Springs location but I hope they can get their quality control...
Read moreFirst visit to a Raising Canes, and I enjoyed the stop. The chicken tenders/fingers are breaded to perfection with a light coating that gives them an excellent "bite" and fine flavor. The dipping sauce is good, moderately spiced, and enhances the flavor nicely. The beans were very good, and they had the only coleslaw I've ever actually been able to enjoy.
The cashiers were pleasant and efficient, it was obvious they conform to a high standard for service. They were well-staffed, which is a huge deal in today's service world. Kudos goes to the crew of Raising Canes, y'all did a fine job, and I hope that anyone reviewing this post gives y'all the recognition you richly deserve.
There were team members cleaning the eating area with regularity while I ate, and everyone seemed to do their jobs with gusto, and pleasantly. The drive-thru was going gangbusters, and I'm glad they finally opened up again, as I enjoy the civility of sitting down and actually enjoying my meal vs sitting in a vehicle,...
