This was my worst experience ever of customer service! The atmosphere was toxic, made so by the behavior of a group of four, unruly, unfriendly, untrained boys, all ready to fight a diner. MY OFFENSE? That I pointed at a meal I want added to my bowl (not knowing the name). I had gone in to get my dinner. A young lady was attending to me and I pointed at what I wanted added to my bowl of meal, which she proceeded to do, no complain. Then from behind her, an aggressive young man, looked at me and said "use your mouth, not your finger." I was taken aback! And I responded, is there anything wrong with pointing at what I want? I was upset. He became rude and was ready to throw me out! He advanced towards me, crossing over from the other side, as I made to walk out of the place, his colleagues in tow, coming from all directions, all looking at me menacingly, a pair of eight angry eyes, ready to pounce, all shouting 'go' 'go' 'go! The only calm person amongst the lot was the girl. They didn't give a damn about negative reviews. Phew! What a customer service that was! An unforgettable experience!!! Mind you, this wasn't my first time. I had visited this place severally in time past and have had better customer service. But this crew sucks, are wild, scary and baying for blood!!! Not a place to...

I recently visited this location on Sunday and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely courteous, friendly, and caring. Their incredible customer service truly stood out, making it one of the best dining experiences I've ever had.

They were attentive, quick to assist, and always had a smile on their faces. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and the food was served fresh and delicious.

What impressed me the most was the genuine kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff. They made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another customer. This level of hospitality is rare, especially in a fast food setting.

I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area. It’s a fantastic spot for a quick bite with top-notch service. I plan to return soon and often, knowing that each visit will be just as delightful as the last. Kudos to the team for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere! Thank you Nanie, Dachanna, Jorge, and Cheval....

Just grabbed take out from here and I really enjoyed it! I got the Classic Dig and a make-your-own-bowl with salmon, broccoli, carrots, and rice (w/ pesto dressing on the side) for a friend. We both ate everything and were content afterwards and I imagine I'll come back here for lunch again sometime!

There are two main reasons I give a 4/5 stars. The first is that it was more difficult to eat than I would have liked because the pieces of food they give you aren't cut up at all (e.g. broccoli, sweet potato, chicken, etc. Take a look at the pics. I think I'm in the majority opinion when I say I don't want to use a knife when eating food out of a bowl). I definitely wish that they chopped those items more in the restaurant. Sweetgreen does a better job at this. My second reason is that while the food was tasty, it wasn't anything that blew me away; in short, lacking a "wow" factor. This isn't a bad thing! Thus, simply put, this is a solid 4-star...

UPDATE: 8/2/25 ** PEST INFESTATION ** In the summer? Imagine once the temperatures continue to drop! 🤢 stay clear unless you’re ok with paying top dollar for ingredients that are deemed unsafe to consume. - - - - - - - - Mediocre at best Place is no longer inviting. There isn’t one person seated inside or outside. Employees all look like they don’t want to be bothered and they are out of their newest additions. To top it off, the macaroni & cheese was ice cold and old tasting / looking. The kale not far from containing mold of all kinds. See attached photos! Board of health should inspect this one soon.

While placing my order on the website I didn’t realize that my order didn’t go through even though I input all my cc info until I got there and my order was not ready. When I explained what happened, both Nanie and Dachanna asked what I ordered and quickly made my order while it was in the middle of lunch rush. They then rang me up and I was on my way. The exceptional customer service is whats going to get me back and try their other food.
