Let me first say that I enjoy Five Guys overall. I always enjoy the food any time I indulge. However, I will no longer patronize this specific location. I ordered a LBC with a few toppings. The woman at the counter is not a primary English speaker, which is totally fine and not a problem. When I got my food, I walked back to my office and realized there was no cheese and the burger was kind of just thrown together. My coworkers order was also wrong (wrong condiments used). We decided to go back to get them fixed. When we got back it was like they immediately knew we were coming for corrections. When we stated the issues (respectfully of course) they obliged my coworker’s food but completely dismissed my complaint. The cook said he would add cheese. At this point it’s been about 10-15 minutes. My burger is now cold. I told him I wanted a new burger because I didn’t just want a cold slice of cheese slapped atop my lukewarm burger. Another woman who speaks perfect English comes up to me and says “we didn’t mess up your order because we didn’t charge you for cheese but she (coworker) will get get a fresh burger”. The cook literally threw a slice of cheese on the grill for half a second and adds it to my burger. I was extremely upset but took the food and decided I would never give a cent to this location again and leave this review. It doesn’t matter that I wasn’t charged for cheese. I stated my order correctly and it’s not my fault it was put in wrong. For that woman to blatantly brush me off, a paying customer, and give cold food (because the cheese did not melt as the burger was cold at this point) is absurd. Poor customer service and straight up disrespectful. If I didn’t get what I asked for, the order is wrong period and as someone who has and currently works in HIGH END food service, I know the order needs to be refired. I’m just sharing this experience for those workers to DO BETTER not just at Five Guys but in general because that woman clearly loves her...

After 20 minutes of waiting in a nearly empty restaurant, with one of the workers literally screaming out names and complaints about the franchise, and then that same worker pounding on the bathroom screaming at the homeless man inside, I decided to take my 2 year old elsewhere. Everyone had bad days at work, but you don't need to scream about it. Sad thing is we love Five Guys normally, had a good time eating their peanuts until the tone in the place got so bad. First time I've also felt so unsafe and uncomfortable in a place like this where I decided to just leave. At least the guy at the counter didn't second guess me and quickly refunded my order. He made of point of asking if the service was too slow, cutting me off a bit before I finished saying I didn't feel comfortable with that person screaming and pounding on the bathroom door. He has to work with her the rest of his shift, so I get him trying to control what she over heard! Seriously, just go next door to Wendy's, that's...
Read moreThe food is phenomenal, the employees are always very nice, the establishment was very clean, there's a digital soda machine, there's every flavor you could want, it's fresh, & I love that peanuts are available for free. There's an area next to the soda machine & before the restroom where there's pieces of paper with crayons to leave notes on & a board to pin notes on, which I thought was cool. The restroom was clean & had no odor, which is extremely important in a place you eat. There's tables with chairs, there's also a handful of stools to sit at a higher counter & it's red n white checkerboard pattern, but not a tacky amount. There wasn't a long wait for my food, there wasn't any pressure about ordering my food, the music wasn't to loud, the customers weren't loud or annoying, the environment was very chill, the portions of food are big, as far as pricing I'm cheap, but prices are reasonable. If your ever in the area & want a meal you won't forget this...
