I used to love this place but I’ve been disappointed several times. There were a few times where my order was wrong or the food was underwhelming but my biggest issue if an experience I had back on 8/22. I ordered my food through the app and when I arrived my food wasn’t ready. No big deal it was peak hours and they looked slammed. After about 30 minutes of waiting I asked the manager if he could check on my order. He kindly obliged and checked every single ticket in the window and counter and informed me that my order was missing. He said he’d work on getting me my order ASAP. 15 min later I still had no food. I had been about an hour or more since I had ordered my food. I had to get back to work and was too frustrated to wait any longer. I tried to contact honeygrow twice and never receieved a reply. No refund was provided and no interest in solving the issue. Never going back or giving this...

We stopped by because it was the first restaurant we saw on our way to the museum. It was surprisingly good. I got the garlic soy, subbed out mushrooms and added edamame and green beans because i like those veggies more. I also had all my sauces on the side as well to try. Usually i find I don't like most sauces however, all three: soy garlic, Red curry, sweet soy 5 spice, they were all really really good. My husband couldn't finish all of his because he was full, mine was just right and im full. We also order the bread which paired fantastically with my dish. We also liked the cherry punch, so much so i had my husband pour out my coke and get me that instead. This place is a gem, 10/10 recommend!

Very disappointed with my experience here. Upon arriving I asked for my order and I was told it was “the next one” and that I was “coming up.” After waiting for about 20 minutes and coming in multiple times to check again on my order I finally ask them kindly one more time how long it’ll take and they say they haven’t even started it yet and that the order was “scheduled” for over 40 minutes after I arrived which means that if I had never said a word on my second attempt to get some information on my order I would have waited for 40 minutes! I don’t understand communication issues, I can totally comprehend a restaurant being busy, but lies and lack of attention and basic communication skills?
