Pita Thyme — Restaurant in Boston

I went on day 2 since they opened and loved it! The inside is clean, open, and modern looking...especially given that they use ipads for registers. They had plenty of staff and seemed totally ready.

I liked seeing the falafel made right in front of me and that my pita roll-up was made-to-order and easy to customize. I think I'd get the falafel plate next time or I'd try different sauce. The house is garlic aoili or tahini? It didn't have much flavor whichever it was supposed to be. The veggies were super fresh and everything looked really good.

I liked it. I didn't think it was as good a deal as the huuuge wraps practically next door at Boston Kebab for about the same price $6.40-ish, but I'll be back. I look forward to trying some...

Pita Thyme went way above and beyond any other establishment I've worked with for food catering. My company had an event with a total of 40 people, and I had put an order in for the group for the date a week prior. I called Pita Thyme five minutes before the order was "scheduled" to be delivered - they communicated to me that the order was committed for the next day delivery. The gentleman on the phone was amazing - in a blink of an eye, he said he could cook the order in 40 minutes. He was pleasant, calm, and kind. Popped in on a whim on my way to the aquarium. Guy helping me was patient and kind as I had no idea what I wanted. Decided on the Beef kabob plate...oh my goodness! Meat was super tender, the hummus delicious, the salads flavorful and the marinated turnips surprisingly delicious! Quite a lot of food as you can see in picture.
