First The chef was extremely rude to every person who walked into the restaurant. It made for a weird atmosphere, one person saying “I will never come back” as he walked out of the store. Then my wife found mold on our desert, and when we brought it to them he took it said he didn’t see anything. Then my wife pointed out the spots (see pic). He took the plate and threw it on the counter and said “oh I’m sorry. It’s fresh, just 2 days. We ordered it from a place so it’s their problem”. Then they when we didn’t walk away he said “get them another desert”. I said no I’m all set, no need for another moldy desert. My wife asked for a refund, to which he said no. She stayed and argued with him, he asked if we will be back next week to which she said “no we are from another town” as if because we weren’t regulars we weren’t important to correcting issuing moldy food. he finally gave her cash and started speaking Turkish about us to the other worker. We left, no goodbyes, no I’m so sorry, nothing. Very poor customer service, expensive for what it is and about...

Beantown Kebab serves up some seriously delicious food that hits the spot. It was my first time going today along with my father and sister, and my sister and I had a blast. We ordered the mozzarella cheese sticks, French fries, a hamburger and some baklava. The burger was juicy and bursting with flavor, and the sides are just as tasty. What really excited me was the homely atmosphere and the incredibly friendly employees. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm welcome that makes you feel like part of the family, and you feel more than delighted to step in. The service is quick and efficient, but it's the genuine kindness of the staff that leaves a long lasting impression. I doesn’t matter whether you're going in for grabbing a quick bite or setting in for a feast meal, Beantown Kebab is the perfect spot for a easy yet spectacular dining experience with top-notch food and hospitality. I will one hundred percent be making come back again and I think this is one of my new go-to dine in places...

Wandered through Boston to stumble up on a gem serving some of the best Mediterranean food with flavourful chicken and fresh greens, the spice was perfect for a mild palet and what amped up the flavour was the service with the kindest and sweetest staff that really make your day 10x better. If you are in the town hall area and looking for a healthy, tasty and sustainable meal options this is the place to go. Say hi to Noah cause his smile and service will brighten your day. I reallyoved this place and it was affordable because the food was just well portioned and by the end of getting a bowl I was finding it tough to finish but I really did want to lick my plate clean. I would recommend taking less humus if you just like humus and don't love it, at the end I was left with some chicken and lots of humus on my plate, that's my only criticism for the place. It's that good. Hope you have as splendid an experience as...

Updating my post from a few days ago because I had to come back. I’m always pleasantly surprised at how positive owners are with patrons, even through all of the immense stress of owning a business, and a restaurant no less! The staff is incredibly kind, but especially the owner, Umit. You will be well taken care of here. A must try, can’t miss, whether you live in Boston or just visiting. 2nd visit: salmon entree with meze sampler. Yes I had leftovers. If you need help deciding what to eat, show them these videos! 1st visit: Got the salmon wrap, hands down the best I’ve ever had.
