I placed an order through the website which then directed me to the Door Dash to place my order. I placed the order and was charged $54.12, when I arrived to the location the bouncer at the door asked if I had a reservation I informed him I was picking up food. He walked over to one of the Host and asked if my order was ready then came back and said it would be 10min I said ok. I go outside come back in for the same man to tell me my order was still not ready and to wait another 10 minutes. By this time I wanted to say never mind and refund my money but I was actually hungry and didn't want to go elsewhere.
I then waited another 10 min for the food- When I walked back in for the 3rd time the Bouncer says oh you still didn't get your food I says NO and he sits there shaking his head not trying to help at all. At this point a friend of mines sees me and tries to help she finds out who the manager was and boy was he even more rude. He says let me see the order I proceed to show him the order and the charge for him to look at it and say " Oh this order never came through our system" and the proceeds to walk away without fixing the issue.
I walked back over to him for him to say you will have to place another order because if I give you the order I would be giving away free food. After a whole hour of waiting and going back and forth for them to tell me my order would be ready twice then say it never came in the system was very unprofessional.
The customer service in this establishment was HORRIBLE!!!!! Wen I fisrt walked in I was standing at the host counter while everyone that worked there starred at me no host and nobody asked if I needed help. Why is the dam bouncer at host counter and not the host.
Overall I never got to try the food which I heard is great but if you don't have staff with good Customer Service skills and a Dam Manager with none then the establishment won't...
Read moreMe and my husband came here Saturday with reservations for 5:30, we got there 10 minutes early and we were sat pretty quickly. We then sat at our table for about 15 minutes until someone came over to ask if we were all set, meanwhile there were about 5 girls standing at the bar just talking to one another and some on their cell phones. I kept turning around looking at them to give them a hint to come over because I didn't want to be that person who was rude and say something. The worst part is it was pretty dead in there, there was maybe 3 other people at tables in the restaurant, I could see if it was busy but it wasn't. Our waitress was very apologetic but still come on waiting 15 minutes before your order is taken is ridiculous.
There was one girl whos name I did not get but she asked if I wanted another drink and asked if we wanted condiments when we got our food, she was a real sweet heart, seemed like she was just bringing items to tables that day.
Now on to the food, we both got the 2Twenty2 burger, Looks great to the eye but it was terrible!! I ate mine because I was starving and hadn't eaten in hours. I got the mac and cheese instead of the French fries and it was just boxed craft macaroni and cheese nothing special. My husband only had a few bites because he hated the taste of the hamburger patty he didn't even take the left overs with us. We left saying it was the worst food we've ever tried in Boston, McDonalds is better lmao.
I did get the espresso martini and that was at least decent tasting.
Honestly don't waste your time on eating here, I say just come for drinks and...
Read moreMy sister and I wanted to try this place with such great reviews out on our weekend in Boston. We made prior reservations for drinks and some appetizers which was really good, plus we were catching the huge NCAA men’s division I basketball game (UConn vs Miami) on Saturday, April 1st!! Everything was great until there was JUST 3 minutes left of the huge game until the TV’s go completely OFF. We asked our waitress and a nearby bartender what was going on with the tv as the game that was almost over went off. We overheard a manager right near us RUDELY tell our waitress “no game, no more” also using a hand gesture of cutting it off. First off, everything was going well from the aesthetic, service, food and drinks… HOWEVER it was very rude and inconsiderate that the manager wanted to shut off the game while others and us were watching it & continued to order food and drinks just because! This was before 11pm, people were still being seated, food and drinks were going around… so I am not sure if this manager wanted us specifically out or don’t know what the possible case was. All I know that was the rudest and more so oddly thing to do considering this was a big game and there were moments left. For our first time experience, I will never go there again. We felt that the manager was intentionally rude and inconsiderate. No exceptions or excuses.. never had we ever to experience something like especially at a bar/restaurant...
