July 3 22 - Disgraceful. There are more satisfying dining experiences provided by vending machines in bus terminals and railway station platforms. Four tables where occupied in a massive dinning room when arrived at 425PM for a 430PM reservation. We were party of four and after a extensive and thorough deliberation by all three glamorous, dazed and confused hosts, we were seated at the worst and smallest table, between the kitchen and bathrooms, with a constant procession of people going by from the bar and kitchen. We took it upon ourselves to lookup the QR codes that were on tables. After 20 mins we had no water and no server and started asking the servers buzzing past us if we could have some service. One eventually stopped and announced that the server in our area had "not yet arrived for work yet, however not to worry, I will help you guys out". Water arrived and drink orders were taken around 450PM and now 5 tables occupied three hosts doing nothing and cast of 10 or more servers standing around doing nothing. We had Pizza for starter, it was good. Next all of the cold appetizers arrived at the same time as the hot pasta dishes. When asked why? we were told "I though you guys would like everything together". I had three pieces of eggplant swimming in pool of bland tomato sauce and a small side of spaghetti in same bland sauce for $22 plus tax. When the entrees were half finished - a platoon of servers, salivating and desperate to clear the plates as soon as a last bite was finished on any plates, constantly circled our table. If I could give 0 stars I would. RUN AWAY! This place is a waste of money- from the moment we enter to the end of the night it was all BAD. I had a reservation for 15 people for my BIRTHDAY dinner and was told we had to sit at 3 separate tables once we got there. Mind you, the hostess called me the same day to confirm my party reservation. We looked at the 3 separate tables and asked if we can turn it and connect them and was told no because there's not enough space. Simple math told me it can fit with plenty of space to spare. They only started arranging it after we complained a few more times and guess what? 5 extra feet to spare on both sides. Fine, moving on- our server gave us 2 basket of bread (4 pieces each basket)- didnt even have enough for 1 per person. When we asked for more (4x different people throughout the next hour) one finally told us that they ran out. At the end of the night (about 2 hours later) they came over with slices of wheat bread from the grocery store???? This has got to be a joke. A simple sorry we ran out of bread when we first asked for it would've been suffice. Our server messed up our food & drink orders along the way, my reservation was at 9pm so an hour in, most people were gone but our server still no where in sight. The food was so bland, I couldn't taste or smell the truffle in the truffle fries at all, the pasta was tasteless. The only good thing was their mussels- guess this can earn them a 1 star. I would give 2.5 stars if I could. Don’t get me wrong, food was amazing. But yall could use some serious amelioration on your service.

FOOD: burrata delicious. (8/10 - hard to f up a burrata app imo) crostone Di Sofia (probably my favorite app) - 10/10 short rib arancini - flavorful, nice addition (7.5/10)

farfalle al limoncello - good, but seemed a bit dry and a tad bit too sour (6.5/10, yes I understand it’s limoncello) pescatora - expected more flavor tbh but this isn’t usually my go-to dish anyway (6.5/10) carbonara - as expected. Flavorful. Recommend (9/10) lobster ravioli - nice to try once, decent amount of lobster meat. It was good but just not adequate enough to order during my next visit (7/10) chicken Marsala - typical Marsala, nothing that stood out to me but I do enjoy a nice Marsala (7.5/10) fig pizza - my absolute favorite + the carbonara. SERVICE: Never once refilled water. Had to ask for bread twice and it was served cold & hard. Never once asked about allergies.

I typically gauge a restaurant’s service based on how frequently they refill our water without being asked. It represents how attentive they are. Mind you, there were only 6 tables at the time.
