This was my first ever time getting a facial. The experience was amazing. Francesca the esthetician was phenomenal. She knew what she was doing and she was kind and meticulous. She made sure I was comfortable and told me what she was doing which definitely helped with the anxiety. She then told me some products that she recommends in my price range. Then she closed out the afternoon by bringing me back to the front desk area and then Andrew checked me out and was amazing. He booked me for Another appointment. I think the thing I loved the most is that the staff were stellar. Francesca told me exactly what she was doing which honestly helped me with my anxiety and she didn’t rush the facial at all. The room was small but nice. The self care department is something I struggle with completely. But with it being my birthday tomorrow I needed to try to do better and show myself the love I deserve. Life has been tough lately, more tougher than I would care to admit but the services at heyday and the care and the staff made my life better for 50 mins. I can’t wait to go back in June for my next facial. Because of the great service and ambiance you have gained a new customer. At 30 years old I got my first facial ever from Franchesca I honestly walked in heyday thinking it was food spot hahaha and booked my first facial . I’ve been seeing Franchesca and receiving her services for a couple months now and my skin has honestly never looked or felt any better I love investing in myself , facials are new to me and Franchesca gives me the tools , answers any of my questions recommends reasonably priced products that I need to cater for my skin & not just to buy face products or waste money every time I see her , she is so gentle asks me if I’m okay & walks me through every product during the services she’s using in full detail and the affects it will have on my skin , I always look forward to my monthly visit with Franchesca as I feel like I’m seeing a good friend once a month , she is so personable and really good at what she does for a living and loves her job. Very sad that I’m just here for a months time due to work . But I’m so so beyond happy that I thought heyday was a food spot the staff is so kind and welcoming , answer all my questions in full detail as I have a million being new to facials and skin care , very clean facility . I started going to Heyday in 2023 after my local skincare spot closed. I was delighted to find that my former esthetician, Katie, now worked there. Katie is warm, attentive, and knowledgable. She's genuinely invested in my skin health and amazingly remembers details about my skincare routine, concerns, and pain points. The facial experience is jam packed with deep cleansing, massage to reduce jaw tension, gentle extractions, high frequency treatment, and add-on peels as needed. I love that there's a variety of clean brands available at Heyday and Katie thoughtfully selects each product for my skin's needs that day. Quick note- Heyday is setup as an open concept experience which can sometimes be distracting since you may hear neighbors' conversations, however, I always leave feeling relaxed and more hopeful about my skin health.
