I went in just for a beer and a game of pool, but discovered so much more. This place is huge, offering a wide range of entertainment, from arcades to bowling, making it perfect for a fun night out. The beer selection is impressive and varied, catering to different tastes. Although we didn’t try the food since we had already eaten, it’s definitely on our list for next time. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff. The billiards tables are in great condition, and you rent them by the hour, which is a nice touch. One small quirk is that you have to pay separately for billiards and beer—not sure why, but it’s worth noting. Credit cards accepted. Overall, this is a fantastic spot to hang out with plenty to keep you entertained!

The food was so good. Small portions, I can’t remember what the prices were like but I think it was ok. The service to get the food was terrible. They ladies had to keep being called over. I asked the woman for a straw she said hold on and never came back with one and I had to ask again. Who gives drinks without a straw ? Also just to order food it was a hassle as if they didn’t want to provide service. Bowling is a little pricey per person. But for some reason I wanted to come here as a pre-birthday celebration with my friends. The other staff were very friendly considering the kind of night I was having.

The gentleman we had as our server was very pleasant. We went there on a Tuesday around 2PM, it wasn’t very busy only a few people in the bowling lanes and a few people in the gaming area. ATMOSPHERE VERY CLEAN and spacious. Other than that drinks were good and food was good. Food/drink is decently priced and ranges from $10-20 for an item. They have cool little add ons onto the bowling games. Pretty unique. Didn’t play any arcade games just bowled. 10/10 recommend! Also military is free! Definitely will be coming back.

My review is based off the treatment at the door and not the experience inside. I actually enjoyed the arcade, bowling, and the boneless chicken wings.

However, the treatment at the door was disrespectful, factually incorrect, and unlawful. I do not have the name of this person but this was Saturday night 09/28/19. When I was walking in the person at the door, who seemed to be in charge of door control, was yelling at people to get in a single file line and was very disrespectful when checking people's IDs. When it came my turn he asked "what brings you out tonight?" in a very weird manner. I thought nothing of it told him I was here to meet up with my friends and went on with my night. When I got in I was shocked to learn that literally every one of my friends had a negative encounter with the, "guy at the door." We were there for a couple of hours and at least 4 different groups that we ran into had issues with the same guy being disrespectful. The worst part is we had a friend catch up to us a little later and she used her passport as ID and "the guy at the door" had the audacity to go through her passport and find her US visa and tell her that it was expired. When we were leaving I talked to the guy and he said "If the visa is expired, I can't let her in." Several issues here, 1. he isn't supposed to be looking into people's personal passport pages 2. There are SEVERAL ways to be in the US legally with an expired visa 3. The guy at the door is NOT Customer & Border Protection, and has no right to ask for or forcefully look into someone's US status (unlawful move 1) 4. The guy at the door unlawfully racially discriminated against my friend by making up this requirement of needing a valid visa to enter a bar/bowling alley. (unlawful move 2).

An immigration lawyer was consulted for points 3 & 4 above. This is a serious situation for an establishment like Kings Dining & Entertainment and I genuinely hope the situation is mitigated...

Very fun arcade, we got a full day unlimited arcade pass for $12 we returned multiple times throughout the night to play at the arcade. It’s small yet still has enough games to entertain you, this venue offers bowling however we didn’t play any, I would have given 5 stars but we had the worst waiter in the world when we sat down in the restaurant portion for dinner after the arcade. After 15 mins of waiting to be seated we sat ourselves then waited an additional 40 mins for our waiter to visit our table for the first time. The restaurant had maybe only 4 or 5 other customers eating so it was relatively empty and no one was at the bar. We ordered chicken wings as an appetizer while we talked and this simple basket of chicken tenders covered in bbq sauce took another 40 mins to come out of the kitchen. We received no plates or silverware so we didn’t even end up ordering what we actually wanted to eat we finished our chicken and called the waiter over to pay. After giving our waiter my credit card he left to go scan it but instead started dancing at the bar the went around the corner and didn’t come back. I wasn’t going to wait another 40mins for my card so I asked the a worker who was cleaning up the bar to go find him and he was able to bring me back my card and said it was all taken care of. Loved the arcade but not the greatest...

I’m very disappointed by my experience. Went for an hour of bowling, our lane timer got cut off 35 mins in. I asked the staff, they said it was because they’re closing in 25 mins (weird but okay) and that the front desk would fix the bill. As we collected our stuff and walked to bowling desk, many of the other lanes were still on. When I asked staff again, they said that the timer thing on our lane was a mistake on their side and not because closing time.

When we talked to front desk, they were rude and didn’t want to acknowledge that this is their mistake claiming that “the system did by itself not them”. Eventually, they offered me to play for an extra 8 minutes instead of adjusting the bill. After talking to three staff members, I called for a manager, manager showed up with no greetings and looking at us angry trying to intimidate us. We stood our grounds and eventually paid only for half the bowling amount.

Completely shocked that I needed to do all that and deal with so much bad attitude to adjust the bill. This is clearly their mistake, I thought when I bring it to their attention they would be like “we’re sorry that the timer cut off, here’s your adjusted bill” and that’s it. Worst customer service experience I had for a while.

For the money we pay here, we expected much better service and much better handling of...
