Was told by clerks to write on a blank sheet of paper as a motion form. Stating they don’t have them I filed civil cases beginning of September. Last clerk Nelsa said my motions are pending (since September) and the motion I submitted last week to access my case records electronically is also “pending”.

While their prior given notice judge was reviewing September 27 (I submitted documents that same day.) when I called to inquire about my documents being review Nelsa had no new information to provide me with.

Was so excited about becoming a citizen and swearing in ceremony. So disappointed. Disorganized crowed. Packed in like sardines.Waited for ages.
