The girl at the front desk is very unprofessional!!!! I recently signed up for their services and was told I had to sign some paperwork in order for them to legally handle my mail. I told her I would be there at a specific day and specific time. I drove almost 40 minutes, paid for parking, and got there at exactly 4:30 just like I said I would. But as soon as I came in, she didn’t even look at me and just assumed I was there for some 3rd party finger printing company that was renting out some space. She just told me “2nd door on your right.” So I figured, ok, and just went to the 2nd door on the right. When I got there, the 3rd party company associate looked at me just confused because she had nothing to do with why I was there. So when I figured out this was something completely different, I went back around to the front desk, and the secretary was already gone. Mind you, it’s still 4:30pm. I was wearing a hoodie and a hat because it’s a cold October afternoon. And being a black guy, she must have assumed I wasn’t here to sign paperwork for office space leasing for a corporation I just started!!! The funny thing is, I’ve seen a lot of negative reviews about this location, and hesitated to sign up. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and signed up. Very poor experience. I would NOT recommend this location for coworking. Any form of customer service is virtually nonexistent.
