I've ordered from them before and only had one problem, normally good results. But this evening my roommate and I went to this particular dominos and ordered a large pizza and 14 wings (7 mango habanero and 7 bbq) in which they typically don't split sauces but our cashier/driver was willing to do so. We waited as our food was being made, which is was in a timely fashion. When it was ready we took it to the car only to find that they made all of our wings the same. No big deal though, so we took it back in and they told us that they would make us a new batch. We sat there and as our pizza sat on the counter not one person asked if they could put it in a heating window as they ate our 7 wings they screwed up on. Once those were finished they gave us our order and we took it home. When we got home we found they only gave us 7 bbq wings and not our 14 wings that were ordered. So I called hoping they could send us our other 7 but they wanted us to come back and pick it up after they screwed up not once but twice. When I asked them to deliver them they wanted me to pay the delivery fee to send my wings they screwed up once on and then forgot to give us the second time. It took one employee and one manager who both felt I should pay the delivery charge in order for me to even get the money for my 7 wings back because I wasn't willing to pay the delivery fee for their screw up. Don't bother. Better pizza...
Read moreSeems like they are extremely short-staffed. I ordered at 8 pm, got my pizza at 10:45, room temp and stiff. Two of the garlic twists were about half the size of the rest, like they were maybe running out of dough and rushing to get it done. We called after being stuck on the "quality check" stage for an hour, and a polite but tired-sounding employee picked up to apologize and let us know they were short-staffed, especially on delivery drivers.
This is the second time I've had this experience of waiting hours for pizza to arrive and having it arrive just kind of...meh. Whoever runs this joint needs to hire more staff or incentivize the job better or something. You can get similar quality at this price point but at better convenience at any other pizza delivery place in town.
To be clear, I don't blame the employees. It seems they've got it rough over there and there's not much you can control during a dinner rush where you're short-staffed. They're probably doing their best with the situation. Whoever is in charge needs to get it...
Read moreI ordered two pizzas today and I’m dissatisfied with the quality. If you look up what pictures of a hand tossed pizza from Domino’s should look like, mine is way thinner. I’ve worked in the pizza business before and essentially they used old dough or the dough wasn’t made properly. It didn’t rise like it should have. Didn’t taste great either. I came a couple of months ago and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They made my pizza and then let it sit there for over an hour. I had placed the order in advance asking it for it to be made in the future. They apparently made it at the wrong time and then I waited for 15 mins outside. Had to call twice because they clearly had forgotten about me.The manager finally brought it out to me and said it had been sitting there for over an hour. it was gross and cold and while they didn’t make me pay for it, the manager said he would add a free pizza to my account, and he never did. Very disappointing.Plus I didn’t even have a good dinner and I waited all that time for it. This...
