QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Boulder

I never have problems when I order for delivery but every time I come in it's a hassle to get what I want. I'm greeted upon entry but after getting in line and being asked what I'd like and responding "chorizo, potato, and egg _" they've responded with the wrong protein option. Ok, that might be me not speaking up loudly enough. Then with the extras I've had two instances where trying to get a quesadilla they put the protein option in, some extra cheese, and then don't ask for anything else before pressing it. There was one time they did ask what else and that was cool I appreciated it. I eat here often since it's one of the only places open at this time that isn't nasty, but I don't want to have to feel stressed out about getting a mostly empty-of-my-preferences burrito or quesadilla for the price I would have gotten one with everything I want. I think I'll just have to place an order for pickup to make sure I get...

I needed 90 burrito boxes with multiple dietary options (vegan, gluten-free, etc.) which is not something that the Qdoba catering website can accommodate, but the students I was ordering for really wanted Qdoba. So I called the store and was able to place the order over the phone and with exactly what I wanted. The manager I spoke to knew exactly how to accommodate the restrictions and everything was labeled really well when I received the order. The manager was prompt at sending the invoice once the order was placed and it was all correct on the first try! I was very impressed. The delivery was on time (early even!) and the staff knew where my building was (not easy to locate) and helped me carry all the bags inside which was very kind of them. Overall, this was a fantastic experience and I would definitely recommend catering with Qdoba, they made my life much easier and the students said the burritos...

The app sent me a notice that I have some type of a reward I've never been to this exact location so I thought I would try it since I'm in the area right off the bat and felt funny that atmosphere was really not my scene I don't know how to explain it I just didn't feel the vibe there got me that new steak line thing it was OK with the nachos on the side that gave me this little kid's portion I don't know what's going on with that every time I get nachos that up you do but they always give me a huge bag enough to Take home for the week so not happy with this place 1 bit will not be coming back to this location I will add the picture to show you my proof but they're not a big fan of this exact location I try to look for another location in Boulder but nothing else...
