I give them 3 stars because I just can’t be mean, they are trying...Not sure if they are the ones connected to Twin Falls, ID but-they should look into what they do... I’m disappointed 😔 the cookies are cold! The donuts taste old & cold. The cookies are a nice size and not bad looking, I think if fresh and warmed up maybe they will be better? They messed up my Iced latte coffee order and it tasted more like almond milk with a hint of coffee taste and my toffee nut flavor was stuck on the bottom of the cup. And forgot to give me Napkins, those donuts are sticky & better off in a bag then the plastic container ; )...Sadly I wouldn’t go out of my way again. lol unless I knew they made fresh stuff...or at least tricked me lol 😂 I drove 20minutes out of my way to try this place...Maybe my hopes where to high & I had hungry expectations lol I love supporting small businesses so for me it was a joy to try some place new...Here’s to the owner, if you can invest in a mini fresh donut maker, oh man! And maybe even a popcorn machine lol ok not the popcorn lol but ya that mini donut machine will have people lined up!!! I know in Washington at this gas station they do it and people drive from all over just to put that naughty fluffy warm mini donut-in their mouth! Oh man! Read moreI usually adore sips and I have always preferred the sips in bountiful. Not anymore. I get the exact same drinks at BOTH the bountiful and Layton sips. The Layton sips is infinitely better on friendliness and staff. The last two times at the bountiful location I have ordered the same two drinks. One frappachino with strawberry and chocolate, decaf, and coconut milk and the second is the exact same but without decaf. The new girl that we have ordered from two weeks about is always putting things in incorrectly, is rude, and is constantly confused. And one drink has been a usual thickness and one basically water both times. Their excuse this time was that coconut milk makes things thinner. We then held up the thick one and said "This should have been made with coconut milk as well". She said it was and then we shook it and she saw it was thick and started to stutter over her words and then finally said "Well, I guess one was made longer". Then didn't fix it. They also made both drinks with coffee and overcharged for everything. We went back and they tried too make many excuses all were bad excuses that were proven to be wrong. Then they were really dismissive and finally had nothing else to do but try and fix the drinks. I go to the Layton sips, order the same thing, it is perfect both times and the staff is SO sweet, friendly, and nice. Bountiful sips used to be great, apparently staffing went downhill. I just live closer to bountiful sips. My advice, take a drive to the new sips in Layton....

Reading all the reviews the management seems to not take any accountability or efforts to fix the complaints that are coming in but instead provide with an excuse. The phone numbers on the site are not working. Here is my complaint for others to see and I hope you fix your business practice SIPs before you lose more customers. Our last interaction we came in at 7:35, were told that they cant make our smoothie because it takes them a while to clean the blenders and they stop making the smoothies 30 minutes before closing doors. HELLO!! this effects your business, schedule employees after business hours for clean up hours. Don't have this effect your customer. This is also a new thing because we have come multiple times in the past years and never had this issue. Part #2 of this complain, He has the audacity to ask for a TIP after this, like really? I will tip you if I feel like this was earned. This is terrible business manners. Yes other businesses ask tips but doesn't mean you need to think of it as a norm and that it is ok. It is bad business practice, what ever your reason. It puts your customer in an awkward position, makes you feel like if you reject it they will do something to your drink. You lose customer trust. It should be a BIG DEAL to you if the customer trusts you!!!!!! If I want to leave a tip, I'll ask to do so...
