Taco Bell — Restaurant in Bowie

My boyfriend just bought me tacos tonight. The request was for no cheese. The two hard tacos were apparently premade with cheese on them. They took the time to push most of the cheese off the taco and served that... Didnt attempt to make them without cheese per the request. First thing I noticed was a few pieces of cheese poking put the sides of both tacos. I opened them to see what sneaky thing they did with my food. I requested no cheese for a reason. It would be one thing to accidentally prepare it with cheese due to human error. I can deal with that as a lapse of judgement. Its a whole different ball game to know it had cheese on it, push it off to try to hide the fact and to serve it anyway. That's intentional. Playing games with peoples food is sick. They have no idea why a person would request certain items to not be served. If the request was too difficult then say you can't fullfil the order. Period. Disgusting behavior.

Check the pictures. If you glance at the taco you can't really see cheese. Look a little harder and bam they left plenty...

First let me say this. The quality of service/food depends on the time of day you go. The morning/lunch shift are truly amazing! The lady that works the drive-through window is so nice and friendly and i hope to see her become manager. I'm a regular customer and they always treat me well, ask me how im doing, and always get my order right. This shift is typically all adults and it shows.

Sadly, the same cannot be all said for the night shift. It's clear that this shift is the weak link in the chain for this particular store. It's manned by high school or college kids and its reflected in the quality of the food. Sometimes it's stale, some times its luke warm. None of them are rude or mean in any fashion but its clear that they are not checking for freshness. I've had my order be incorrect a couple of times but couldn't be bothered to drive back to have it fixed.

If you only go during the afternoon, this place is a 10/10. Sad that the evening shift holds...

I'm impressed this Taco Bell has received 3.6 stars (if this was a 3.6 out of 10 stars Maybe I'd understand)... This was an absolute disaster after an online order was placed and paid for, all I had to do was pick it up, that is where everything went downhill... The employee had an obvious lack of common sense and a lack of training. She was in disbelief that I actually placed an order online or paid for even though I showed her the actual order number and amount paid. After this went around and around for 5mins the burden of proof was clearly on me but it is impossible to explain things to an idiot... I ended my transaction by showing her the cancel now button which effectively canceled my order and sent a confirmation stating the same. These people are idiots, never even tried to look up the order number or anything else to prove it... STAY AWAY and for the love of all things holy do no place an online order and expect a hassle...
