If you’re someone who has food sensitivities or dietary restrictions AVOID this place. I ordered the #4 which is a grilled portabella mushroom, vegetarian sandwich. Somehow, tri-tip steak / roast beef got on to my sandwich and I was already 2 bites in before I noticed. Last time I ate meat I ended up the in ER. I asked for a replacement. Which was received. I was told the lady thought the way the sandwich was on the ticket it was roasted beef. Which I don’t understand. This is a menu item sandwich it’s not a custom order. No offer for compensation.

The sandwich pictured is the replacement. No lettuce as advertised or actually a tiny piece. 2 pieces of roasted red pepper. For the entire sandwich. LOADS of mayo.

I ended up giving the replacement to my partner to eat as I honestly could not just eat bread and mayo and a mushroom. A veggie sandwich should have veggies not one piece of roasted red pepper per slice and, one piece of lettuce.

Will I ever come back ? That’s a hard no. I don’t need to get a sandwich then possibly end up in the ER because somehow a vegetarian sandwich got meat on it and I was trusting enough to eat it before checking as again, this was NOT a custom sandwich and why should I have to check my food ? It’s vegetarian or should have been.

Steer Clear - Also, it seems their hours are constantly changing.

Hope this review saves someone else from spending hard earned money for nothing or a trip to the ER.

No, I would not come back to “give them another try” I have my business once and it was scary. I would not do it...

I specifically stated my order, their #1, with no onions and Italian vinegarette. My husband's order was fine with a $3.00 potato salad. The potato salad was the size of something you would get when you ask for a take home leftover box and they include ranch. I'm impressed with the amount of staff!! It took 25 minutes to receive my order. I have been in customer service for over 35 years, owned businesses and crazy, I had a bad experience with this business 8 yrs ago but hey, try it again. Sorry but didn't work for me. I was very impressed by the walk ins. I am all for local businesses!! I must have bad juju. I so whole heartily wanted a good sandwich. Before you pick on me, I told them twice my order, even when they asked during assembly line. I never write bad reviews but this was not a good experience. Also, standing there for 25 minutes, not one of the numerous employees ever changed their food handling gloves. I'm trying to not be a critical person but trying to offer constructive criticism so owners can hear a patron. Yes, I did...

Well the lower reviews have it. Paid almost 50$ for 3 sandwiches one of which was a grilled cheese lmao. Got two bags of chips with those sandwiches. Glad we opted out of drinks or else the tab might have ran up to 60$. It's sad because I feel they could do better but won't. It's obviously a family run shop so I'm sure they'll brush this review off while still robbing people. The sandwiches are sub par, and NOT Worth the price listed by a long shot. Aside from being over priced they got our order wrong so we had to wait longer then we should have. The place has a dirty feel from their kitchen to dining area to bathrooms. I get they are busy during lunch but as we were finishing up our expensive sandwiches it became dead. Not one employee started to clean or straighten up. I would not recommend this place to anyone nor will I be returning to spend my hard earned money here. I suggest any other place to grab a sandwich than this...

First time here. Upon entry, the place was very clean and only one table occupied. Reached the order counter, but my wife or I was not greeted. I ordered #15, the Cuban and my wife ordered #16 the steak, mushroom and Swiss. I opted for my Cuban to be on rye instead of the ciabatta. The sauce has a nice spice bit to it. My only suggestion for the Cuban would be to more pickles. Overall a very good Cuban. Lots of meat topped it off well. The steak, mushroom and Swiss per my wife was good but felt it was stingy on the mushrooms. Overall if you are looking for a sandwich that is not subway, Jimmy john's or jersey mike's, then stop by Biankini's for a more gourmet type sandwich.
