Blink Twice if You’re Being Held Hostage at the Drive-Thru🤣🔫
Pulled into Starbucks with the wild idea that I might… you know… actually get a coffee. I said “hello” into the speaker like a normal person. The reply? “I’ll be with you in a minute.” Cool. Chill. I’m patient. So I wait. And wait. I say “hello” again, thinking maybe I got ghosted. Same robotic voice: “I’ll be with you in a minute.” At this point, I’m convinced they’re running the drive-thru off vibes and broken dreams.
When I finally rounded the corner, I realized the same cars were still there, frozen in time like some kind of tragic latte traffic jam. I haven’t even received my drink yet, but I can feel myself slowly turning 85. My bones are aging. My will to live is evaporating like the steam off a cappuccino I’ll never taste.
The customer service? Somewhere between "hostage negotiation" and "emotional neglect." If this is Starbucks’ idea of foreplay, I’d rather stay single.
Still no coffee. Send help. And snacks.

Read moreI kind of want to give this place a one-star but I know everyone is working really hard so I'm trying to be fair and give three stars 🙏 BUT PLEASE DO NOT GIVE DOORDASH DRIVERS (OR ANYONE) LOPSIDED DRINK CARRIERS. ESPECIALLY IF SOMEONE ORDERS THE LARGEST DRINK. Would you hand a lopsided drink carrier to a customer? Why would you give a lopsided drink carrier to a Dasher? It's supposed to be " grab and go". We're not allowed to look inside and investigate the bags. I secure my bags but even with being secured it's tough to keep a GIGANTIC drink from tipping over. It's a thousand times easier to handle drinks OUTSIDE OF A BAG. A lopsided drink carrier is a TICKING TIME BOMB lol. Even if the Dasher does their job and gets it to the customer properly the customer might set the bag down and it may tip and spill everywhere... 💥. ANYWAY THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO ME AND NOW MY WHOLE CAR STINKS EVEN AFTER CLEANING IT! Please no more lopsided drink carriers. Read moreWORST Starbucks experience at this location. I’m not one to write reviews but I am so disappointed by my drive thru visit to this store. On 4/2 around noon I placed my order and the barista was unbelievably rude. Her customer service skills were so lousy she even argued with me about my drink order when I requested my beverage at 180° (I’ve literally never had this request be a problem with any Starbucks I’ve ever been to). She said rudely “so extra hot” and I said “no that’s not warm enough I typically order it at 180°” and she said “okay we’ll just burn your milk” and then I heard another girl on the back start laughing. I feel like I was bullied at Starbucks lol. Needless to say I pulled off and will bring my business to a place where they appreciate their customers. The manager (Jamie) was also rude and unapologetic when I called to place a complaint.
