We went tonight and everything was shiny and new. I appreciated the great customer service and glowing kindness from the owners to manager to young ladies helping us out everywhere we turned.
Now the FOOD!!! We all had something different to get our taste buds in a frenzy. I had the explode in your mouth fried avocado with stuffed gouda on a fried chicken filet sandwich and it was an experience. Don't know what I mean, get one and thank me later! The cheesy melty goodness all melts together and creates an umami taste bomb. Rosemary pepper fries (4/5 a little too pepper forward), fried pickles (dip these in the house sauce 5/5) and coleslaw (3/5 too vinegar based for my fancy).
My husband had the deluxe sandwich (3/5) needed a tad more depth of flavor, maybe a bit more garlic aioli. The cheese fries were good (4/5) as his side dish. Our son had the chicken strips and he devoured 3 and was stuffed and lots of dipping options! This is a plus in an 8 year olds head.
My dad had the house salad that was delicious and great portion (5/5) with a vanilla milkshake that was creamy and thick (5/5). Mom had a chicken cordon bleu sandwich that looked great and she said tasted even better. Fried chicken, layers of ham, melty swiss cheese and honey mustard sauce for the grand slam chicken bam!
Sweet tooth confections included the strawberry swirl custard (flavor of the week) (5/5). I had the peanutbutter cup and it was good but the base needed a push of vanilla to bring it home (3/5). My son had the oreo mint mix and he loved it (5/5).
All in all a welcome newcomer to the Bozeman food scene. Tweak some flavors to enhance the memorable factor and you will never miss out on a...
Read more7/14/24 @ 1145a People with disabilities beware! We ordered our food for 5 people when the Owner asked me to leav, saying that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. I explained that my animal is a service dog. I had his identification tag on me. And she informed me it didn't matter, that this is a privately owned business and the health department could shut her down. Again I explained that he is a service dog. And he stays in his carrier on my person. She said no. I left the bldg. My husband tried to reason with her and then she said if the dog was in a box carrier and sat on the floor he could come in. He explained to her that I have medical issues and the service dog would stay in his carrier on my shoulder or he could not do what he was trained for. She stated it was her business and she could do what she wanted. My husband asked for his money back, $50+ and we left. If you refuse a service dog you are refusing to serve a person with disabilities. Dear Owner, you have violated the Americans with disabilities act. You cañ easily be sued for turning away people with disabilities. You should be ashamed of yourself. I see that I am not the first person you have...
Read moreMy daughter was sweet and ordered me lunch. Having not been there yet, I was looking forward to trying it, as I love chicken anything. When they did finally arrive, the chicken was there, but not the $7.80 gellatto. I called quickly, thinking perhaps it was simply melting in Door Dash's vehicle. Well, they were too busy to deal with it, and "It was probably Door Dash's fault". I then asked it they would credit my daughter's card, so she would not be out her money. No, they could not do that, because it was through Door Dash! They said she could show up with the receipt and they would give her the pint of Gellatto! So there you go! Customer service at it's finest! He blamed the other guy i.e Door Dash, and really, even at 2:30, wes clearly too busy to bother with my call. My first and LAST experience with Super Chix! Ordering on the phone was done as my daughter is crazy busy at HER workplace went poorly. And no easy solution. He could have called Door Dash and facilitated the refund. But they were just too busy...and he obviously couldn't care less. So I will not go there or order...
