I will never take orders from here ever again. I do DoorDash to keep myself busy over the summer while my husband is at work and have been here twice in the mornings to pick up orders and both times the staff was rude. First visit, the staff forgot to make the drink nevermind the fact that the only things on the order were a drink and a sandwich or burrito of some sort. The middle aged gentleman (seemed like a manager but didn’t act like one) cleaning was unfriendly on the speaker when telling me I needed to walk in (no biggie, but the tone he used could have at least been kind…) and was unfriendly inside as well. I did not feel welcomed inside by any means and the environment felt off while i waited for the little girl to make the coffee they forgot about. On my next visit, I felt like i was babysitting the staff. It’s not rocket-science to problem-solve half of the donuts on someone’s order being out of stock…. The first girl (probably high school aged) I spoke to seemed to blame me for the burrito they made going bad and geumpily told me that they had to remake it because it sat too long. The order hadn’t been placed for long before I arrived, and if this is an issue then the staff should have known to make the breakfast burrito on my arrival opposed to blaming me for their poor judgment. Along with this, my customer had ordered a half dozen box of donuts (all different) and the grumpy girl who left to make the burrito had told me that half of the donuts were out of stock like there was nothing she could do about it. I told her I would reach out to the customer to see if they had others they preferred to replace them since the worker seemed to not have a procedure in place for something like this. After she left, a different young girl brought me the burrito and grumpily commented on the half empty box of donuts so I had to explain to her that the other girl said they were out of stock. I explained to her that I couldn’t reach the customer and wasn’t sure what they typically do in this type of situation and her comment was “That she could try to replace the missing ones with similar kinds” but it’s a donut shop? There isn’t such thing as similar kinds when the out of stock are jelly filled, bavarian cream, and some other unusual kind. If i were the one who had ordered them, I wouldn’t want some random donuts replacing the ones i wanted because they may give me something i don’t like. Because of this, I told the girl to just double the 3 kinds they DID have from the order because that’s the obvious fix. I feel like that’s common sense to just duplicate what was already ordered opposed to throwing in some randoms???? This second girl also had an attitude with me and seemed unhappy to be assisting me. The whole time she had an odd, uninviting facial expression and a negative tone. The atmosphere in this Dunkin has been weird both times and the staff just seems to hate being there and hate their customers. I seriously don’t understand why they are working at a place where you talk to people if they can’t do so kindly. I don’t like rude people and refuse to accept anymore...
Read moreMaybe it was just an off morning for them, but I came into the lobby over 30 minutes ago and ordered a couple of minutes later; I’m still waiting. Apparently, the drive through is backed up and is far more of a priority than us inside folks. As I was ordering, the manager literally yelled over us, “Don’t help anyone inside for 5 minutes. Let’s get this drive thru taken care of.” Then he locked the lobby, with no sign or anything, such that every time an angry customer waits in the rain, they glare at me and knock angrily. I keep going to let them know that the lobby’s closed, and they storm off with a personal vendetta against me. I shouldn’t have to do that. Meanwhile, I wait, and wait, and wait. Now, as I finish up the review, the manager literally just locked himself outside. I’m not about to let him in. And now I’m being interrogated about my order; I’m sorry, but I didn’t memorize the predilections of each of my four family members, all of whom are waiting patiently in the vicious crosshairs of the next angry, locked-out would-be customer. Finally. The food is served without apology or explanation as to its profound tardiness; perhaps they expect me to know all of their corporate policies since I’ve now been here longer than maybe half the staff. Taking first bite now... and, my breakfast sandwich is cold. Wonderful. I wonder how long it was sitting back there? And by the way... it’s St. Patrick’s Day, but the flavor of the month is still...
Read morei wish i could give them a zero. the line was short and my mom and i only wanted two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. we pulled up to take our order and they said give us a minute and not being polite at all. it took them forever to move the line up. we got to the window and paid and they told us to pull off to the side and wait. we waited for 15 minutes watching cars in the line behind us get their order before us, i had to go into the store and asked why happened to my order. the car in front of us went in to receive their order also because they had been waiting longer than us. i went in being polite asking what was going on and the girl at the front desk was awfully rude. she acted like she didn’t wanna be there at all and that talking to anyone was the worst part of her day not to mention it looked like she just got out of bed. i asked her about the order and it turns out that it was sitting on the counter the ENTIRE TIME, just no one wanted to run it out. i got my food and the ice was melted in the coffee and my sandwich was cold. so disappointed because i usually love dunkin. terrible service, would...
