UPDATE 5/17/2025: Finally after several months and several updated reviews the owner David made right with what he said he was gonna do I received another email and received mail yesterday with what he promised months ago for this reason we will try to give them another shot when we return to Branson NEW UPDATE 5/9/2025: After David emailed me a few times apologizing I feel like I have gave it plenty of time. I have not received anything from him as promised. Now I understand why this restaurant, staff and food was so terrible because of who is running/Owner of it. I really hope this message reflects your character. UPDATE 3/16/2025: David which I believe is the owner reached out to me very quickly to apologize for my visit that went so wrong. He refunded me immediately the price of my meal. But the best thing he don't was assure me that he will be retraining his staff up front and his cooking staff. I loved how he asked me not to blame the young girl at the register but to k ow that was completely on his management staff in not giving her the proper training. He ask me if I would give them another shot but I only come once a year but I absolutely will be visiting around this time next year and I'll update more then. I really hope this was just because they are starting out and that the kinks work out quickly because it's a beautiful place I went in to place a to go order and from start to finish the service was TERRIBLE. I ask a few questions about items on the menu like what's in the loaded potato salad and she said I don't know and stood there and starred at me not attempting to find out or even asked anyone else then I asked how's the ribs she responded I don't eat ribs. I witnessed another lady asking a few questions and she was just as rude to her. Then when I got home to eat I ordered the burnt ends which I have had multiple times other place and love them these were hard as a rock like beef jerky the mac and cheese was terrible no flavor I can't believe I payed $26.00 for what I got I was supposed to get toast with it and did not the burnt end I had to throw away they was no way I could have ate those. My visit was 3/13/2025 @ 5:22pm so it's not like it was a busy night they had plenty of tables and this...

I'm going to start by saying leaving three stars is being REALLY generous. As a local my husband and I were super stoked about this restaurant opening up and could not wait to try it. However going in with higher expectations for dinner last night, we both left severely disappointed. We went knowing it would be busy still only being open for a week so a 10 minute wait to be seated was not an issue. Once we were seated we waited roughly 5 minutes before our server was at our table. She was super sweet but could we could tell she was not trained very well yet and had way more tables then she could handle. We ordered waters and two drinks from the bar. A beer and I ordered a Dirty Shirley (vodka, sprite, & grenadine) which was very poorly made and tasted like I was just drinking a sprite vodka. We also ordered the ragoons and were told they were outbfor the night (which come to find out was not true) so we went with the smoked cream cheese which was ok. The touch back time with our waitress was not great unfortunately. My husband had to go up to the bar to get my drink fixed after waiting a for several minutes for her to come back. Again she was trying to handle to many tables and train someone else. She came back and took our dinner order, husband ordered the pulled pork with corn on the cob and mash potatoes with white gravy. The quality of the pork was not good and super fatty. The corn on the cob was mush from being boiled to long and the potatos were bland. I ordered the patty melt and fries. The burger was well made but there was hardly no sauce on it unfortunately. The fries were sadly the best food eaten there. The ranch and barbecue sauce were great but I'm not at a restaurant to eat sauces. Unfortunately from this experience the odds of us returning are not very high. Overall they need a bartender who can make proper drinks and need to train their servers way better as well as not overwhelm them with to...
Read moreMy husband and I had watched The Full Throttle Distillery being built before we knew what it was going to be. After taking grandkids to Silver Dollar City for 2 days we were looking for a new place to enjoy a meal and drink without little ones. We were not disappointed! Our waiter, Josh Curry, was fantastic! He was friendly and energetic. We told him it was our first time in and asked for recommendations for both food and drink and he did not steer us wrong. He recommended the fried pickles as an appetizer and we enjoyed every bite. They were crispy with just enough batter but not so much as to hide the sour pickle. There was enough for at least 4 people. Next, he recommended an Old Fashion for my husband, who was so impressed that he said it was the best he had ever had. That’s quite the compliment coming from him. Curry recommended the burnt ends and brisket. We decided to share a meal which we do on a regular basis. I don’t know that I have ever had burnt ends before but they were like eating a tender candied meat. The flavor was sweet with just the right amount of spices and I had to remind myself that we were sharing. We chose French fries and fried okra as our sides. The fries were my favorite. They were crispy with a spice that I couldn’t put my finger on. I would highly recommend The Full Throttle as a restaurant and distillery. We will definitely return for food and drink. Oh, I forgot about the moonshine. I had a sample of their butterscotch pecan and came home with a bottle. It was creamy and smooth. My husband came home with a bottle of apple whisky that they use in their Old Fashion that he hopes he can replicate. I would give 6 stars if it were possible. Thank you Curry for making out...
