Update: As I was leaving I was given a free drink as an apology for the wait and that did help me feel less frustrated. Also, the sandwiches were very good.

I will never order (online) from here again. Ordered online and came in when it was supposed to be done. It hadn't been started. Side note, I had no idea where to pick up my order. They definitely need some signage. The store kept taking walk ins and not making my sandwiches while I waited. I asked them about it and they said it was starting next. 10 minutes later, my order still hadn't been started but they kept taking walk in orders non stop. I waited in the store for 20 minutes after I talked to someone before I got my order. If I had not ordered online, I would have gotten my food so...

My go-to sandwich is The Original Italian on Rosemary Parmesan Bread. It’s loaded with freshly sliced Provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni.

You can customize with your choice of toppings of mayo, mustard, lettuce, onions, tomatoes, dill pickles, jalapeno peppers, banana peppers, red wine vinegar, olive oil blend, oregano, salt & pepper.

The sandwich is delicious, although a little pricey.

The only thing is that the customer service is not consistent with the staff. I’ve been here several times in the past 2 weeks. Most of the staff have good customer service but there are a few that don’t, mostly at the register. They could be friendlier and smile more.

I know that all these sandwich places are pretty similar, but there's a little something special about Jersey Mike's. Everyone behind the counter is pretty nice, and it's one of those places where they'll sometimes treat you special if you can make them laugh. Your mileage on the menu may vary. Though the are a lot of choices, not all of them will appeal, and some will simply be really similar to something else. All in all though, everything's pretty decent quality.

Do yourself a favor and get a #9 on Rosemary Parmesan bread. You won't regret it. Also, surprisingly, they've got some of the most killer cookies and brownies in town. Grab one of those to if you wanna...
