Terrible food. Terrible service. If it is called “lions choice” I guess lions must like cold, tasteless, greasy food given to them slowly and with disrespect because that is the only thing you will get here. This is seriously a place to avoid. I ordered from the drive thru and first off, it took a lot longer than most drive thrus. They also got my order wrong and were disrespectful. They did not give me the right food. They also gave me a drink with no straws. Also, the food is terrible. The fries were super cold, unsalted, and covered in grease. The grease was about the only thing that made the otherwise cold fries edible. The sandwich was also terrible. It was smashed and it was cold. Also, for the ten or so dollars one would expect the sandwich to be a bit bigger. They didn’t have any cheese or sauce on it and they didn’t put mayo in the bag, even though I had asked for mayo. This place tries hard to be an Arby’s and failed. And this particular location also fails at any sort of restaurant service as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We tried this place due to its reputation for gluten free options. Hubby got the King roast beef sandwich and he got enough roast beef for 3 sandwiches. He LOVED their gluten free bun. They also have a dedicated fryer for French fries. I had the gluten free chicken strips that tasted fine but the portion was skimpy. I think others with larger appetites might leave hungry. The salad on the other hand was fresh and huge. I could only eat half. This was the first time at a Lion's Choice and 2 counter people were a bit rude when I didn't know I was supposed to take my salad out of the cooler and for another incident. Also, none of the sauces or dressings are listed in the nutrition guide. For a business that does such a great job addressing gluten issues, I was surprised they are ignoring possible allergy issues in this part of their menu. We will probably eat her again but we won't my rushing back.

I made a pickup order and after the lady gave me my bag of food I waited for my drink. She rudely told me she already gave me everything, I said I didn’t get my drink which she replied “huh?” And closed the door. Then she told her coworker who questioned my first and last name. Finally they gave me my drink, when I got home I found that they did not give me the au jus sauce I ordered, my baked potato had no butter or sour cream that I ordered and I even paid for extra sour cream as well and the cheese I paid for on my sandwich mostly outside of the sandwich. I paid $23 for my meal plus a side of mac and cheese which I already thought was expensive but to have such a rude encounter and get multiple things messed up was definitely not worth it.

Just went to drive-thru at location near home Depot in Richmond Heights and the experience was bad enough to write a review now, minutes later. Writing also because I did not receive a receipt for the order, perhaps another slight and no trace of accountability. Let me say 95% of the other tines I've been to this LC it has been great, frequenting the location about once a month. But the service, quality, disregard, and general lack of detail or accountability was very sub par. Went to the drive thru at 935, I know they close in 25 minutes and wouldn't have gone within 10-15 of closing. But it was apparent the drive-thru person wasn't excited through his lackadaisical way of speech. After completing my order, he asked me for condiments and said I horseradish and/or horsey sauce. Got to the window and was given my drink without a straw and subsequently made the transaction for the food. The worker guy in long braids or dreadlocks walked off for awhile. Not a minute or two but like 5 minutes and I have a drink without a straw. Finally, close to ten minutes later overall after waiting patiently, I finally get my order while it looks complete, it just was not good. 4 items- Italian beef, regular rb & cheddar combo. Roast beef and cheddar was great though, only redeeming part of the order for $13.14 Things wrong: Order took about 10 minutes 944 when I got it Fries were barley warm, ie cold after a long wait (thought the wait was for fresh fries). Straw was in the bag. Italian beef was very dry (unusual). No horseradish or horsey sauce. No receipt. Drive thru guy also dropped some of my change.

Didn't seem like the people who took and made the order wanted to do it, and the quality and attention was lacking severely.

Had the desired effect though, because I won't be going back there anytime soon or later, ever. Would call up there now or online but again, there was no receipt and I think that was...
