I Originally ordered my pizza thru Uber Eats (which ive only used 2-3x …..) then waited 2 hrs for my pizza to be delivered, only to get a notification from Uber that my order had been cancelled ….. wha??!! No reason given either.
Turns out, it was most likely that Uber Eats didnt have a driver in the area, but didnt let me know, instead just letting me wait for 2 hrs, updating me with info “you’re order is being prepared”…. There was no help from uber eats either, nothing in the “help” section and no “live” person to talk to.
After calling Marcos and talking with Kirsten, the Marcos mgr, she apologized that we never received our order (it wasnt even her fault!) and assured me that she would have an employee deliver it as soon as it was made, to our campsite at KOA.
She went above & beyond to make sure we got our order. After driving 12 hrs, we were famished, and not wanting to unhook our travel trailer to go in search of food, so this was an unexpected blessing.
Thankyou Kirsten, you are the best! Thanks for resolving the issue and taking care of us, we truly appreciated it!! We now know that Marcos does its own deliveries, and will be regular patrons from now on.

However, after getting back to my desk I noticed the drink was not what I ordered. I even double checked my receipt because I have made mistakes in clicking the wrong button before. I called the restaurant and was told the driver could bring the correct one and switch it out for the wrong one. I asked the gentleman on the phone to have the driver text me when he got here since I worked in the back and I was told that they would have him do that. Read moreWe always loved Marco's pizza, calzones and pizzolis, but we won't be ordering from there again after finding a used bandage in the pizzoli I was eating. We ordered 2 pizzolis on Aug 3 around 11:30pm and picked them up just before they closed at midnight. After taking a couple of bites I thought I had bit into the wrapper and spit it out, it turned out it was a used bandage. I was so disgusted, sickened, and my husband threw up when I showed him. I sent a message to Marco's customer service, and we called the store the next day. The manager said she would coach her staff and cancel the charge on my husband's credit card. The charge is still there and we never heard back from them. Little help since even thinking about it makes me want to throw up...
