I've never had pizza in a big city at a unique restaurant, but compared to all other chains, Jet's is the best. I can't even eat any other pizza from chain restaurants anymore - it all tastes like cardboard. I've only ever ordered the deep dish and cheese bread from Jet's (best cheese bread around). And the ranch dipping sauce is unreal! Jet's is always either on time or earlier than expected with delivery. On the VERY rare occasion that they make a mistake, they correct it right away and return within 5-10 minutes with corrected order (and they let you keep the "mistake"). One thing I hate is when delivery people blame someone else for cold food, late delivery, etc. Even if it is someone else's fault, a good employee apologizes and doesn't place the blame on other employees who can't defend themselves. The Jet's delivery people have NEVER blamed anyone else for mistakes; they apologize and fix the problem (unlike the twerps at G's, who blame everyone but themselves and look at you like they wish you were dead when you don't tip at least 20%, even though G's bases your delivery charge on a percentage of the cost of your total order). Jet's is by far the best tasting pizza with the friendliest delivery staff and best customer service. To the person who complained about ordering on Valentine's day, that's the way it goes everywhere on that day. Restaurants get slammed and service sucks if you don't order ahead or make a reservation. This is based on personal experience as a former waitress - no one can hire twice their normal staffing level to work for one day out...
Read moreGrowing up as a michigander, I love jets pizza. But this location, boy oh boy. It almost seems like they’re messing with us. It has to be a joke how unprofessional and forgetful their service and employees are. This location specifically has nothing to offer the public. Multiple wrong orders, rude employees on the phone, and lack of customer service in general. When speaking to a “manager” on the phone, they have nothing to offer to you except for an apology. Nothing to keep your business, discounts, anything. It’s a shame. As I sit here, writing this review, I shake my head and think about the Hartland Jets and how I wish Brighton could somehow change my mind as to why I will never order from them again, but like any book, ( unfortunately, this one has a terrible ending) this chapter of ordering from Brighton Jets has come to a close. I cancelled my order tonight, and ordered from Hungry Howies instead. There are multiple pizza establishments to order from in Brighton, and Jets will no longer be one of them. The multiple bad experiences I’ve had with Brighton Jets I have told many of people, being in the service...
Read moreGreat employees, always in a good mood. Jet's has the best taste for me, but we unfortunately order the cheese pizza too often, and it is usually not covered in cheese or even half covered. Way too much sauce showing and not consistent looking like other places. Some of the other places do use mystery shopping and you can tell that they care about every pizza come out great.
Considering the other options in town, were just not satisfied with the amount of toppings used compared to the other places.
The ingredients are great, just not up to consistent enough quality for us. The people are great but product is just not enough.
I am not complaining about this place and do not want for it to come out that way, just saying it is average and not 5 star rated for us.
Hopefully this review helps some of the cheese pizza orders and others that wonder...is this just them or does it happen to everyone. If you love Jets and cheese, you have to order extra cheese here to make your pizza right...along with hoping it is covered...
