Olga's Kitchen — Restaurant in Brighton

Our waitress Kendra did an absolute fantastic job serving us. The cooks did a fantastic job and preparing the meals and even though I’ve been here many many times tonight was really a good opportunity to have a great meal. The manager does a great work as well. This is a good experience in brighton.

Alex and Kendra did a great job serving the customers on our side of the restaurant while the cooks in the back to the outstanding job serving hot fresh food. The special we got was buy one get one appetizer as a perk for being a member of the Olga’s rewards group in the photo is the shrimp appetizer potato, one that you can see in the upper corner as I said in the photo it really I didn’t realize it didn’t take the potato with the toppings from the Snackers along with the bowl of the cheese dip with the I guess creamy onion, and whatever other things or add, it was absolutely the best I want to get that again because it was that delicious. Be Aware! This past Tuesday my husband and I stopped in for dinner. Our waitress came to take our order and I asked Steph ( waitress) for a piece of spinach pie before we ordered and she said it’s coming out now( that’s it no other explanation or claim that it was coming out of the oven) she served it to me and then asked my husband if he knew what he wanted to order. So I took a bite of the spinach pie. It was so freaking hot. I had to cover my mouth. My eyes were watering. I went to spit it out but the damage was already done. I burnt the roof of my mouth so bad that skin was coming off. It is now three days later, and I still have a a hard time eating and it is still extremely tender. During that time when it happened Steph says oh it’s hot. It just came out of the oven. Well that was a little too late. I highly suggest if it’s just coming out of the oven maybe you should hang onto it for a few moments before serving or let the customer know it just came out of the oven. The roof of my mouth is still burnt.

Our experience in this place on a Saturday around 4 o’clock was terrible. We walked in there was maybe one other table in the restaurant after standing waiting for someone to come by a server greets us and tells us she’ll be right back she has to clean off one of her tables. When she returns then seats us she walks away to give us a minute to decide on drinks if we’d like so she comes back tells us she’ll be right over after she cleans off more of her dirty tables, as she’s cleaning her dirty tables she then asks us what we’d like to drink while still cleaning them which I thought was strange we were the only people there and she was acting like she was extremely busy. We ordered 2 waters and a snackers basket. All our food came out together soup salad and Olga’s not to mention she forgot our snackers we ordered first.
