Yes ! I'm writing a "short story" 🤷 I will be calling your store today! this is the last time I will let this slide! I was ripped off yet again by your baristas!! This last experience I believe that your baristas purposely added the wrong chocolate and in such a manner , I would not be able to drink it !! That's disturbing to me . I am owed at least six white * chocolate triple shot , light foam mochas from the Brunswick location alone !!! I have spent over $6,000 dollars since I've been drinking your coffees & I have only been drinking it for a YEAR !! !! In this particular store , I travel from the Cleveland area to southern Ohio in order to care for my elderly parents & last Thursday as i was heading from my nephew's funeral ,.,. ( A United States Veteran) & then back to my parents , I received one of my "Two coffee order" that actuAlly had the espresso in it & made with the White chocolate , the way I always order it , the other $7 coffee was a cup of Warm milk --- So I had to deal with one cup of ONLY milk ,,, then to add to my grief , on the way home I stopped by to let them know that I didn't receive what I had paid for & told them I'm not asking for a free one , I just want "this" order to be my special coffee order & to get what I'm PAYING FOR . My husband made sure to repeat atleast 5 times my order ,. Of a WHITE CHOCOLATE triple shot espresso mocha . I get home after a long TOUGH week and I look at my coffee ---it Had a disqusting amount of DARK CHOCOLATE! ( They were Undrinkable ) !! Yesterday I gave in and went the Berea Starbucks and they made me my "Two coffees" perfectly, with the white chocolate & my extra shot of espresso . -- It's an easy order. Brunswick , Please train your Baristas to be respectful / responsible for their behavior,,. People are spending a lot of their HARD EARNED MONEY on your coffee and deserve to get what they are PAYING BIG BUCKS FOR!! Your Actual store owes me atleast 7 coffees Of my * two at a time coffee orders. Please show the owners of this starbucks my complaint so maybe she or he will take care of this situation . I need to be able to get my coffees while caring for my parents . What are you going to do about this??? "STRAIGHTEN UP AND FLY RIGHT "
Read more‼️ Update Apr 22, 2024, 9 pm: same miserable barista was rude, argumentative, and gave me a 12 oz drink insisting it was a 16 oz grande. I took it home and poured it in a measuring cup and even with the ice included it was only 12, not 16 (grande) fluid ounces. She argued about adding cinnamon on top insisting there was already cinnamon in it. Yes, I know there's cinnamon in it, but I like extra on top, which no other starbucks has a problem doing. I had avoided this location because of this barista and thought I would give it another try. Never again. .......... Jan 2024: Barista ruined my birthday drink order then argued about it. 5 stars to the lady who is usually there at night who is always kind and helpful. 3 stars to inconsistant newer staff. My usual drink is a venti brown sugar shaken iced espresso with one less sugar pump and cinnamon powder on top. The same new employee keeps making it far too light, you can't even taste the coffee she adds so much milk, leaves 1-1.5" empty space in the cup, and argues about putting cinnamon powder on top saying cinnamon's already in it. So I get stuck with an espresso drink where I can't taste the coffee, and there's too much milk and no cinnamon powder on top as I specifically ordered to be there. When the usual lady is there at night, it's never an issue. But one of the newer people, if she's at the window, it's certain my drink will not be correct and she'll argue about it. I'm ready to stop going to this location, never knowing who's going to be at the window wasting my $7 on my drink treat or not. ...

New young barista 2:15 pm Feb. 1, 2025 argued that Starbucks has always charged $.70 for plain cream (not any of the non-dairy) and said I must not be up to date. What!? Starbucks has not and does not charge for plain cream (half n half) in coffee. She tried to charge me $0.70 to put cream in my usual venti iced Americano that I ordered last night and get all the time and have never been charged extra for cream. Then she told me I should get used to the additional charges because even paying customers are not allowed to have a cup of water. Yes they are. I asked if the falafel was spicy because I have a tough time with spice and she said no not at all. Well maybe I'm a wimp but it's too spicy for me. She also gave it to me ice cold. Terrible barista. I come to Starbucks all the time and get the same order most of the time and no other barista in years has charged me for plain cream in my venti iced Americano. I called Starbucks customer service and they confirmed this barista is way out of line and what she was arguing about is not Starbucks policy. Starbucks customer service confirmed that there is no charge for plain cream in one's coffee and their paying customers are absolutely entitled to a cup of water. I wonder how many other people this barista is ripping off. The photo is of an order proving they do not charge for cream. This barista is a real problem at...
