I went there tonight around like 7 or so and when I got home i realized my dads large fry was missing then my mother called and told them it was missing the lady was very disrespectful through the phone then I started looking through the bags even more and realized the nuggets and frys from the $5 biggy bags were missing as well so my mother called back just to let them know and again the lady was very disrespectful my mother just let her know she was very frustrated bc the lady was rude and then they didn’t offer us a refund or an extra drink or anything they just said well come pick it up today or tomorrow so I went back to get the food bc I got the $5 biggy bag and all I had from it was the drink and the burger not enough food for me and the lady was veryyy disrespectful when I got there I told the lady at the counter that my order was messed up and she took the recipe back to the lady at the window to talk to her I’m not sure what she said well the last proceeds to come out from the drive through window and act like she was just looking around the counter at the whole lobby but pretty sure she was talking to me and she looked at the girl that was at the counter and gave her my receipt back and was like ya I’m not dealing with that then proceeded to come up to me with an attitude and say well where is the food! I was like at home because my family would like to eat the little amount of food we actually got when we just spent almost $40 in food then she was like okay what are u missing and I was like a large fry and two small ones and two things of nuggets then she was like ummm no ma’am I was like umm yes ma’am of course I got snippy with her too because she was so disrespectful and rude after we didn’t get our food when if y’all have cameras can look at the cameras cause it seemed like she was trying to steal from me then I told her what ever just give me by damn receipt then proceeded to say well let me get u ur food after she just made a big deal about it! Then just over all proceeds to be very rude and disrespectful I’ll be calling corporate and getting ahold of her boss! I hope no one else has been put through something like this! Just to clarify I did look through my car where I had the bags sitting and looked in my house to make sure I didn’t order look a bag or to see if a bag fell on the floor and absolutely nothing happened I didn’t see anything mind you I order a triple Dave burger meal and a jr burger and bacon frys with 2 $5 biggy bags and another bacon fry and all I had was 2 bags that had like little to nothing in them and all I got was all the drinks and then the bacon frys and the fav burger and the burger that comes with the $5 biggy bag and the jr burger! This is ridiculous i absolutely loved Wendy’s but now im just disgusted by the way their employees act i think the lady was a manager...
Read moreMy family and I stopped by on our way home from California to Texas. We were helped by a young man named Oscar, who seemed to be a newer employee. He was very polite and courteous, and we appreciated his positive attitude. His coworker, Josh, stood out as an excellent team member—patient, composed, and clearly someone who takes initiative. He guided Oscar while simultaneously managing other orders and maintaining high morale under pressure.
However, the atmosphere was noticeably tense, largely due to a manager named Mila. While she appeared to be a hard worker, her management style seemed harsh and counterproductive. She was scolding employees loudly, and at one point, she yelled at a young man on fry duty and told him to go home. The tension among the staff was palpable, and it even affected the guest experience.
Despite this, Josh handled the situation with remarkable professionalism, even convincing his coworker to return and finish the order. The restaurant was clean and our order was accurate, which we appreciated. But it’s clear that the team’s morale could benefit from a more supportive management approach. Josh is a standout employee, and I hope the company recognizes his value before burnout sets in.

Read moreThis was by far the worst Wendy's experience I have ever had and that includes the time I was served raw chicken.
We waited in the drive thru for about 10 mins without moving so we got out of line by circling the building. By the time we parked 5 cars in line had left the restaurant, we assume they followed our lead.
Then we went inside and there were about 6 employees running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The smell of the restaurant was nauseating, we couldn't figure out what it was, but it gave me a headache and I wanted to throw up. Then we waited for another 15 mins to order with just one family of 4 in front of us.
We got our food in about another 5-10 mins. It was bad. It tasted off it looked off. The texture of our chicken just wasn't right. Two of us couldn't eat our meals they were so bad. We just got out of there as fast as possible, we all were feeling sick, and figured it would be a waste of time waiting to talk to someone.
Side note they appeared to be out of so many things. The menu had stickers on it saying they didn't have stuff. Other items we asked for they didn't have. Plus the station with the napkins and lids was half to three quarters empty...
