Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Buena Park

Rosa a special thanks to you. I ran into the creamery while my wife and son waited in the car. I went in for my wife and she asked for the bananasCarmel and almond ice cream. I didn’t know what I wanted , It was my first time there. Just Then a group of about 13 or 14 people walk-in. I was still undecided but instead of pushing me off to the side and coming back to me later Rosa stayed with me and helps me make my decision on what to order. Instead of brushing me off to the side and helping the group. She stayed with me and I appreciated that so much. She made my night . I’m now at home watching the new Pinocchio on Disney + making my night perfect. Ty Rosa couldn’t have done it without you .you are the best 5 stars for customer service Josh was very helpful this evening and helped me get in and out with what I wanted it quick as possible just in time...

Took my daughter here after our viewing of the incredibles 2. We got the mint mint chocolate chip in a waffle cone. It was great! The girls working here are cute and polite. My daughter was so excited about ice cream and the girl behind the counter was so sweet. She matched her enthusiastic attitude by being friendly and giving my little girl the biggest smile and talking to her about how great of a choice she made and how the mint mint was her favorite too! It was charming and helped make our father daughter day that much better.

Also its cold stone so the quality was great, Not much I need to say about that. But the staff were sweet and helped make our day that much better. Plus its a great place to go right after a movie. So keep that in mind if you have a date or want to take someone to do...

After my college graduation my grandmother, mother, brother, sister-in-law, son, and nieces all went there. Ranging from ages ninety all the way down to three years of age. There were flavors that we all could and did enjoy. Some people don't like to add extra toppings to their ice cream so of course that was optional. I enjoyed a strawberry cake ice cream, while my mom got a to-go cup for my grandmother with vanilla. The staff was very friendly, and allowed us to try different flavors before making a decision on what we wanted.
