Wendy's — Restaurant in Buena Park

I was very disappointed with this Wendy's. It is not very often that I go to Wendy's but when I do I would at least like to get the correct order. I went through the drive thru so that I didn't have to get out of the car at 40 weeks pregnant, I ordered the value menu crispy chicken sandwich and a small chocolate frosty. I didn't pay attention to the total that she gave me, I just paid it and drove off without getting a receipt. I pulled out of the drive thru and pulled over to take out my sandwich and realized that it was not the right order. When I turned around to go back through the drive thru the line was very long, so I had to get out of my car anyways to go get my correct order. The woman took the wrong order and asked me to repeat my order, I specifically said the value menu chicken sandwich (it usually only has mayo, lettuce and chicken on it) she asked if I wanted tomatoes and I said no. She gave me the sandwich and I walked back to my car to find that they had put tomatoes on it anyways and no lettuce. I understand that this is not the end of the world but good customer service means listening to your customer and getting it right the first time. I was sitting in Wendy's having dinner and I was sitting there watching one of the workers going to the restroom and he had a glove on and then he takes off his apron as he's walking into the restroom and then he comes out putting back on his apron which he took his apron in the restroom and then still have the glove on that means he didn't wash his hands or even take the glove off when you use the restroom and why did he take apron in the restroom that's not sanitary I confronted him!!! now going to contact the manager So I went and talked to the manager Monica and she told me corporate don't train them how to wash their hands or show them any video whatsoever about Sanitation but I told her it's only common sense that you wash your hands after use the restroom so when I get home I'm calling corporate like she told me so maybe they can get them to watch a video of the sanitation how to wash their hands and not wear the glove inside the restroom and back into the food area Very unsanitary and...

I just went in to order through drive thru and got my order wrong I had Dave's burger missing the patty and I asked for a plain Dave and got a cheeseburger and I had a lady that hand my food really rude and also didn't want to give us one ranch after we ordered three different meals she said she had to charge me for it and when I asked her where does that say you need to charge and said sorry we just do really rude when I asked her name was shawndraw and didn't have a name tag so wasn't sure if that was her name.
