I’ve been a loyal customer at Charlie’s for years, spending hundreds of dollars because I truly loved the food. But one rude, discriminatory interaction changed everything. I was denied a sample under the assumption I wasn’t going to purchase—after I had already sampled everything and was deciding. The tone, the judgment, and the lack of respect were unnecessary and unprofessional. Usually very good and tasty. The past 2 weeks every Beef on Weck has been far too tough to eat.
